Very deceiving way to handle business. Be careful to ask what exactly they'll be doing to your vehicle and what the charges will be. If you don't ask, the owner will blame half of it as your fault for not asking. I feel like if he's saying it's half my fault for not asking what to expect and half his for not telling me, I should have paid only $40 of the ridiculous fee for his so called precious time to check my transmission. Don't worry about them consulting you with what their plans are cause they will do whatever they feel like without permission. They'll start replacing fluids and attaching your car to their "$10K" diagnostic machine. That will cost a steep little $65 for a ten minute check up. After being belittled for not knowing to expect their charges, you will be asked what you do for your profession and wonder what city you're from to make you feel even stupider. So after going through the time wasted stating your case to Dale, you are forced to pay the $81 charges or be escorted out like he had bouncers or bodyguards ready to take force. Don't waste your time with these unprofessionals who claim to be affiliated with the BBB cause they'll be hearing from me and my concerns. read more
