We stopped in because we needed a new battery for our f150…read more 3 men and one tiny woman working, all huddled behind the counter, no customers. The three guys pointed to her, so i explained what i needed. She went and got me the battery. Now, i was doing a fair amount of business with another oriely's before we moved here. Restoring this or that. In fact, the previous battery was purchased and installed by that oriely's. This one however, straight up lied to my face, claiming that they don't install or test batteries. I double checked with my usual place, found out this was indeed a lie. As a corperate policy they are supposed to test/install batteries unless there is an issue that would perclude this. Not the number 1 selling truck in texas. (I would also mention that i am handicapped and am forced to use a cane. So they leave an old, handicapped man to drag a battery to the truck with a cane. Wouldn't even carry it out when they were supposed to INSTALL it.) If you can't trust these deceptive s.o.b.s about a battery, why would you trust them with a $.10 screw or a $3,000 crate motor. I've not used the autozone next door yet, but our family and our garrages will go elsewhere from now on. I recommend doing the same. These people are a disgrace to the corperation, the community, and autophiles everywhere. The young man was quick to help me with anything and everything that I needed. He hooked me up with the supplies to change my oil and do some tune ups on a few other things and then guided me through the process of getting the right battery for my car. He explained the pros and cons of each product he sold me to really give me the opportunity to thrive. I was very impressed of his knowledge of everything in the store, he was confident in what he was doing. Hunter made my experience at O'Reillys 10/10, he was funny, professional, very intelligent, had great customer service skills, and was excellent at his job. We need more people like him in this world!

my car needed a new belt and a battery charge. i dropped it off. they called me and said the…read morebattery needed replacing. i said please just charge it overnight because it was a pretty new and high dollar battery. they said okay. i drove by the place after hours, and the car was outside, not inside charging. i was called the next day saying the car was ready. i payed over the phone and picked the car up after hours. the battery was dead. i jumped it, drove it around for 20 minutes, and the battery has been fine ever since. 6 weeks. auto parts store tested it, and said its fine. the new belt has been fine too, so thats good. i just dont believe they attempted to charge my battery as promised.

We own 2 F250 trucks and we had to replace the transmission on one and then a week later the…read moresuspension needed work on the other. Stephen's was extremely responsive and had the new transmission in and ready to go in less than a week. The suspension issue happened on the weekend and they answered my late night text AND let us tow the truck directly to their shop. They diagnosed the issues on each and called us ASAP to discuss the issue, price to fix, and timeframe before they started any work. I will continue to bring our trucks to this location.
