The three guys pointed to her, so i explained what i needed. She went and got me the battery. Now, i was doing a fair amount of business with another oriely's before we moved here. Restoring this or that. In fact, the previous battery was purchased and installed by that oriely's. This one however, straight up lied to my face, claiming that they don't install or test batteries. I double checked with my usual place, found out this was indeed a lie. As a corperate policy they are supposed to test/install batteries unless there is an issue that would perclude this. Not the number 1 selling truck in texas. (I would also mention that i am handicapped and am forced to use a cane. So they leave an old, handicapped man to drag a battery to the truck with a cane. Wouldn't even carry it out when they were supposed to INSTALL it.) If you can't trust these deceptive s.o.b.s about a battery, why would you trust them with a $.10 screw or a $3,000 crate motor. I've not used the autozone next door yet, but our family and our garrages will go elsewhere from now on. I recommend doing the same. These people are a disgrace to the corperation, the community, and autophiles everywhere. This is the most organized recycling place iv ever used. It was much better than dealing with the clutter packed yards in DFW where I get flat tires and have to wait in lines for hours to get unloaded. Looking forward to going to the pickers side one day. Just don't need any parts right yet.

I was dead set on another Heritage but the salesman (Sam) insisted on me test riding a Road King. I was reluctant since I was trading in a bagger but I agreed to test riding both and I am so glad I did because I absolutely fell in love with the Road King. The deal they made me was better than I expected and even though Paris is 1 1/2 hours from my house Paris Harley Davidson has my business for life.

Total time wasted - 10 days without my vehicle on 4 seperate occasions. Problem fixed - NO, charged me for what should have been warranty work - YES. Took vehicle to a reputable dealer/service, they fixed the problem (WHICH WAS COMMONLY KNOWN ABOUT), didn't charge anything since it WAS warranty work and were super nice. James Hodge - I would fire that whole department and start over, because what you have right now - SUCKS. My business with your company is over for good. I would rather pay MSRP on my next vehicle than buy something or service something at this dealer. UPDATE: 2017: Nothing has changed. Wow.
