We had a layover in Mexico City and wanted something good to eat! We were trying to follow the smell of food and decided to try this place out. We ordered tortilla soup, roasted chicken breast, tacos al pastor, chicken soup, chicken fajitas, and a strawberry milkshake. The food looked very appetizing and presentation was on point, but unfortunately was lacking in flavor. The al pastor meat was pretty dry, chicken fajitas were alright, and the milkshake was too liquid-y. Service was pretty good though- our server spoke English and tended to our needs. read more

On my way home from Playa Del Carmen and stopped here to eat. Not busy, fast service, too many waiters decent prices for an airport. Service was good. Food was good. Empanada was delicious but the chiliquiles were just ok. Soggy and not tons of flavor. Added salsa and that helped. The beans were very good. Empanada was meat and super delicious. I am giving this place four stars because it is a nice place to sit and get a drink and some food. If this wasn't in an airport I wouldn't give it four stars. 3 or 2.5. read more

They call themselves a sports bar and can't even get the correct game on the tv. Drinks are mediocre and food is bland.

We were there at 2 am so take this with a grain of salt. It's a restaurant at Mexico City airport. We were flying Interjet. Anyhow, I speak Spanish fluently and I ordered our stuff in Spanish and the waiter got it wrong. I asked for chocolate shakes, we got hot chocolate. I ordered cappuccino and never got it. My husband ordered their chicken tortilla soup, never got it. We ordered their hamburgers which were decent for an airport burger but it came with a very small portion of fries. However when we asked for a side order fries for one of our kids we got a huge plate of cheese fries with bacon on it...go figure?! ‍ Overall, it was good for the only thing open at the time. In the Mexico City airport we arrived and visited the AA lounge. There was little food there but enough to survive. If you like alcohol you'd be fine but we wanted a full breakfast to help power though the cup coming flight. Luckily this place was on yelp and we ate there. It is located near gate 20. Quick service and pretty good selection and food options. Breakfast lunch and dinner. The TV is great for sports but the music felt like a discotheque. It's a big place with an upstairs. read more

This place serves excellent food for an airport. They have a great assortment of traditional Mexican dishes as well as bar food. Service is quick and efficient and they have free wifi! We first stopped here two weeks ago. We were starving after traveling for more than ten hours. My husband ordered a great ribeye, which was perfectly cooked (rare). I ordered the ribeye tacos which were delicious and surprised us in food quality. This all paired perfectly with a glass of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Today we stopped in during a layover for breakfast. My husband ordered huevos rancheros which was perfectly cooked and spiced. I ordered the ham and cheese omelette which came as a larger portion of deliciousness. Meh, I was hoping to find a airport directory or something, but stumbled upon on this cute little bar... we had about 2 hours to spare so Of COURSE WE NEEDED A BEVERAGE. ... well I ended up being really disappointed. I ordered the nachos, NO MEAT, sub veggies...When they arrived. There was no pico, no sour cream... I mean this is Mexico City right? What kind of nachos come with none of the above and Rico's queso. Went there for breakfast. Service was extremely fast. My huevos came in around 5 minutes after ordering them. Good food quality and excelent service. Place is small and you might have to wait a bit to get seated. read more

For an airport terminal restaurant this place was surprisingly good. The tacos were above average and you can get good, cold Mexican beer for a reasonable price. I don't know how good some of their other dishes are but you can't go wrong with their tacos. read more

Avoid this place unless you enjoy paying a lot of money for HORRIBLE food. This used to be a pretty good restaurant, especially considering it was inside the airport. Now the food is impossible to eat, I ordered a grilled chicken breast and the chicken was still frozen and looked like plastic. My friend also returned her enchiladas. How can you mess up enchiladas?! We told the waitress we could not eat the food and she said she had been receiving a lot of similar comments since the restaurant CHANGED OF OWNERS but that she couldn't do anything. Obviously they charged FULL price for the worst meal ever. I paid so much for this food that the quality was a joke. I was even afraid I could get sick with that chicken. Where to start .... Service was slow waiters where rude and attended is poorly. Initially asked for water for me and my girlfriend, I received one cup and one bottle of water, because naturally she doesn't drink water, they were good on asking what to eat several times but failed to bring the water until about the fourth check in with us. Food did not take too long but it wasn't quick either there was four people in the restaurant me and girlfriend and two other people each in their own table. There should have been no lack in service seeing as there was 4 waiters ... Then I asked for hot water, that at least took 15 minutes likely more than 20 but didn't track time, I also had to ask 3 different waiters the third brought it. But check this out once I asked for the tab, and placed my card we timed their speed it was under 2 minute. 1 minute 42 seconds but that's being petty, but he was kind enough to add a 15% tip for me to sign, do yourself a favor go somewhere else Tl;dr? In short no service if you need food and no drinks and got time to burn and allow them to add their own percentage in tip on your check this is your spot! Worst food ever eaten. Ordered a fettuccini Alfredo got a fettuccini with watered down warm cream stuff. I tried to make it better with salt and pepper that didn't help, but the worst was the smell which was day old rotten milk. Didn't feel like tipping a lot, but did 50 pesos anyways and the waiter rudely asked me if that was it. As if the bad service he gave us wasn't enough. read more
