Nasty it's not the right word to describe this operation I travel a lot and visit few truck stops from the same company, and the competition these particular outlet on Jessup Maryland it's expensive and bad you expect to pay for the same item two different prices on the shop or on the travel shop. The food it's disgusting and the service ok it's the only one on town and they can abuse everybody, I think one star is to many

If you're here for a tire or an oil change, expect to sit here all day. TA/Petro does not give a sh@t about the driver's time.

Dont waste your time, service was terrible and the food quality is lacking. For what they charge you can go to a nicer restaurant

Enterprise's "no haggle" pricing is real -- the price listed on their website for the car we wanted was exactly the price we paid - and it was a really good price. Plus, you don't realize that the amount of time it takes to buy a car from a dealer is because of all the negotiation tactics, etc. This was SO speedy - about an hour from deciding to buy to walking out with the keys. A few things: 1) We were looking for a particular color (in a particular make, model, etc) that was harder to fine, so we ended up paying Enterprise $300ish to ship the car we wanted from PA to MD. That worked great - it took about a week (as I was told to expect), and then we had first dibs on buying the car if we liked it upon arrival. 2) After purchase we took the car to our trusted mechanic and did a full "pre-purchase" inspection. It was in great shape. It was a huge relief to me to know that we had 7 days to return the car (for $200) if it had turned out to have issues. 3) Ty on the Enterprise team helped us and she was straightforward, friendly, and responsive. Definitely recommend working with her - but we interacted with others on the team and everyone seemed great. I think having a commission structure where sales reps get paid a flat fee per vehicle (rather than making more if the price goes up) supports sales reps in being efficient and straightforward. I know some people have a bias against buying former rental cars, but in my experience having now owned a couple, they are maintained well (with a clear and documented maintenance history), in very good shape, and often end up being a great deal. 100% recommend buying a car through Enterprise Car Sales and specifically the Lanham location and team. The lease terms were meant to match a deal my friend received. After following up multiple times, I was told on the morning of July 7 that the delivery had been delayed until July 15--with no VIN, allocation details, or any assurance it would actually arrive. When I asked about the delay, the response was vague and dismissive. I was told, "We can't do anything about it," and they even offered to refund my deposit mid-conversation without addressing my concerns. This entire interaction left me feeling like I was misled into placing a deposit so they could lock me out of the end-of-quarter and July 4th lease deals while pushing other inventory. I expected better communication and professionalism from an Acura dealership. Very disappointing experience.

I've been a loyal customer of this dealership's service department for nearly nine years (since…read moretheir Tischer days), and until recently, I've always felt confident bringing my vehicles here. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined noticeably in the past year or so, which has been disappointing given my long history with their team. I understand that new vehicles can sometimes have issues early on, but it's been frustrating to repeatedly bring up problems just to be told nothing's wrong--only to later confirm that there is. Having to record these issues on my phone just to demonstrate that something isn't working as it should isn't on par with the level of service I've come to expect. To be fair, they did ultimately replace the starter on my new car after it started randomly leaving me stranded, but the process took several visits and a lot of back-and-forth before the issue was fully resolved. I've always accepted that servicing here costs more than at other shops, but it was discouraging to receive a quote nearly double what Honda charges for a comparable timing belt service and to be told to "go to Honda" when I asked them to first fix one of the many other warranty-covered issues --especially after multiple unsuccessful attempts to fix them. While my advisor has always been professional and respectful, I feel that when issues become complicated or require extra attention, there's a tendency to dismiss or defer rather than fully resolve them. I would prefer to get this all resolved through the dealership, and hopefully continue servicing here, but I'm not optimistic about it and would not recommend Acura of Laurel at this point.

I rented a car here after booking a cabin in Shenandoah which required 4WD to access. NextCar…read moreseemed to have the best price and was the closest location for pickup.  Upon arrival, they needed proof of my insurance since I wasn't using theirs which wasn't something they told me I needed to provide. I've rented cars many times through other providers and have never needed that documentation on hand. It delayed me quite a bit having to dig up the doc via the Geico app so that was a little frustrating. I told the employee at the counter that I absolutely needed four wheel drive and I confirmed that the vehicle I had booked was the one I was receiving. The vehicle was different but I was assured it was still 4WD. However, once we got toward our destination, I was disappointed to find the car struggling to get up the gravel mountain roads. We were sliding and hydroplaning and it was pretty dicey at times. Definitely not the most relaxing way to start our vacation. We actually ended up having to leave a night early because there was some icy weather coming in and I didn't trust that the car would be safe enough to drive down the mountain. I let the employee know about my concerns once I returned the car but was once again assured that the car was 4WD. It was a Toyota Corolla Cross which is not inherently 4WD and the vehicle had no indication that it was 4WD on the back like cars normally do. I'm not sure if the employee was being truthful or just trying to get one over on me. It's hard to tell. Either way, I wouldn't trust NextCar for my next rental which is disappointing since I do travel quite a bit. It also seems like they have policies which could result in nickel and diming like the $100-$300 cleaning fee for something as simple as mud, which I saw posted on a sign at the counter. Yikes.

Staff - Staff is prompt and friendly. I definitely appreciated Monica, she's super friendly, professional, and easygoing. Service - They actually finished my car earlier than expected and did an amazing job. I actually returned my rental the same day because they were done early (FYI I do NOT recommend the Enterprise down the street). The work Diamond Auto Body did for my car looks superb and they even clean and vacuum your car before they return it to you. Covid Measures - The only reason I rate it 4.5/5 because they seem just a little lax on their covid policy. Everyone I spoke to including the inspection person all wore masks, but some folks around the office didn't wear a mask or didn't wear their masks properly. I didn't see temperature checks or sanitizing between customers, but that may be related to staff only and customer car repairs. Also, social distancing was a bit hard with the small space in the office. However, I'll repeat, whomever we dealt with and spoke to always wore masks around us. There is no coincidence that my AC & high beams stopped working after leaving Diamond Body as they were perfectly fine before I came, I never had any issues with my car until I left it in the care of Diamond Autobody. They will not even take accountability for the issue they caused directing me to go elsewhere instead of offering to fix the problems. Obviously somebody here is incompetent & caused wiring issues with my car but they don't want to be held liable, insisting that this issue came from the accident although I was driving the car for 2 weeks after my accident & it didn't have issues. WORST SERVICE!
