For the omelette, you can choose either double meat, or 1 meat + 1 vegetable, & cheese. I chose rib dip, baby spinach, & Swiss cheese. Rib dip is shredded beef. I took my last bite, right before the time expired. For winning, I received the $36 meal for free, a hat, & a spot on the wall of fame. For dessert, we had a huckleberry cream cheese cinnamon roll! I am only their 2nd winner out of 55 attempts. *Since attempting this challenge, the restaurant has switched to an only breakfast menu.
