The staff was great and tried to troubleshoot our issue to no avail and suggested that we order a new unit and see if it will power up before doing any extensive repair. I appreciate suggestions like that. He could have just said the unit is dead, replaced it and charged me more money. I purchased a replacement radio and it didn't work either, so I knew it was something else. I made an appointment for them to correct the problem. They stated their hourly rate and I agreed to the repair. I received a call less than an hour later saying they found the problem and had it fixed. When I went back to the shop to pick the motorhome up, I found out they only charged me for less than their hourly minimum. That's awesome customer service. When I'm ready to have any audio upgrades on any of my vehicles, this will be my go to place.

Stereo was installed, not as was stated but it is nice and sounds excellent. I feel I got a good value and the installation looks good. I had to clean a few metal shavings off the sun box, but other than that it was an outstanding job and I love it. I would recommend them they do very good work. After not hearing back from them for a week, I called them asking when they would get around to it (was told it was assigned to a tech but not gotten to yet) I could tell by their response they had to get onto tech to get to it. Then they called me the following Monday saying it was done. When I brought it home it was trashed, filled with dirt and the head was super dirty. Picture and audio were x10 worse. To start off my review, I want to say this was my first time in the store and at first I was…read moreimpressed. As an Audio video guy myself, the store was large and had a good selection. But as for my experience trying to get my speaker repaired here, I definitely can NOT recommend anything gets repaired here. I dropped off my speaker on 9/30 and was told it would be 3-5 days to get a diagnosis and quote. This was the only time I received communication from them. After this, I waited until 10/8 (8 days) to call the store and was told the quoted repair and diagnosis. I was not given an estimated date of completion. I waited until 10/20 to call again and was not given any other update other than it would be done "soon" On 10/30 (a month after I dropped off) I went to the store to ask for an update in person. I was told a part was being ordered and to wait another week. After a week, I called the store again just to be told again they were still waiting on the part... On 11/7 I emailed the support email on their website to request some kind of details or an estimate for completion. Never received an answer. On 11/17 I finally went into the store and requested my speaker back unrepaired so I could deal with it elsewhere. Throughout this process, the front desk was always friendly, and they were polite when I requested my speaker back, so no complaints there. However, I am appalled by the lack of communication from this business. Except for the initial 3-5 day expectation for a quote, which wasn't actually met, as I had to call after 8 days, I was never kept informed. I recognize that I majored in communications, so maybe my standard for communication is higher than most. Still, despite that, Video Revolution is not a good place to get your tech repaired.

I went home right away and sent a message on their website, saying how disappointed I was. I had an answer less than an hour later from the owner "I am so sorry for what happened, I was gone for a month, what can I do to make it right!" I was surprised to receive such a fast answer and told him that my car needed some love and made a list of what needed to be done, telling him to choose whatever he wanted to do on this list. I had an answer right away "bring your car on the 7th and we will do everything on the list!" I was amazed! I got my car back last night, everything on my list has been fixed. I have no word to say how thankful I am, and what an awesome customer service they provided, they really went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough!
