SRY" and that was it. We had to pay out of pocket as the at fault party didn't leave a phone number or contact info at all. Fuji recognized this and did the work for a very reasonable amount. The vehicle came out looking like new and the paint was a perfect match. The second time we used his shop we were hit by someone who moved into our lane after not checking her blind spot. This time we were able to get the other drivers insurance and, after dealing with that pain and supply chain shortages and blah blah blah, decided to try Fuji's rather than the shop the insurance company wanted to use. Not only did the work come out great, but he got it dome 45 days BEFORE the shop that the insurance company was going to send us to. Barbara in the office got all the paperwork handled promptly and even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car when I dropped off my car for the repairs. Fuji and his team are professionals and straight shooters. They do great work are easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing auto body work from an honest team that will meet your expectations.

Chris originally quoted me $250 which was $50 more than I paid last year. He said he would TRY to…read moredo it for $200 before seeing it. Granted the Bronco was dirty and very sandy but it was last year as well. Partially into the job he said it would have to be $300. I was not happy about it. He did a decent job but not to the level to which I would call "detailing." It took him 3 hrs which amounts to $100/hr and I believe that's a lot for clean but not detailed. He didn't armor-all the surfaces either. He didn't shampoo any of the seats or floor mats or even hose the mats down. I did pay him the $300 and nicely expressed my displeasure in doing so. Furthermore, he removed our rfid sticker which was adhered to the windshield with tape. It allows us to get into our development. When I called and texted him about it asking if he had put it somewhere or had it perhaps in trash he had not emptied yet, I got no reply. I have to order another one for $15. Be careful with this guy and if your car isn't already pretty clean beware of price switching and be very clear exactly what you're expecting to be done. On a positive he was polite.
