Got the job done right and quick. Also saved me some money by doing a better job troubleshooting the problem. Thank you!

The van starts shaking itself to pieces. We limp back towards El Paso reaching out to any tire shop, auto shop, body shop ANYBODY that might be open on the holiday. Dozens and dozens of calls later we finally find Pronto! Tiffany is absolutely terrific and offers to have her mechanic return to the shop to test drive the vehicle. Javier is very friendly and we jump in the car. I don't think we went a quarter mile before he pinpointed the problem - it was crazy. He knew what he was looking for before he even opened the door to go look for it. He then proceeded to crawl around until he had found a difficult to see bulge in the tire tread where the radial metal was coming apart below the rubber. We returned to the shop where he moved three vehicles out of the way to help me move my vehicle into the shop and then proceeded to put on a spare. He was very fast, efficient and super nice. Tiffany refused to take any $$. They gave that hour away for free and didn't charge me a cent! These are great people El Paso! The best. Make sure you support them.

Tiffany and her crew are experienced, and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and dealt with the insurance company to get the work done in a timely manner. Ladies if you're worried about how men take advantage of women when it comes to car stuff, that won't happen here. Woman owned and Tiffany takes care of everyone. My truck came back looking as if nothing happened.

I've been getting all my vehicles tinted at Extasy for over 15 years. Quality of the film used and…read morethe workmanship is top tier. The film used is also warranted, never an issue when filing a claim with him. Recently have bought accessories, floor mats, bed cover and an extended bed cage, from his business also. Competitive pricing and I believe the warranty for these items is extended when you buy from Extasy. I recommend if you want quality tint done on your vehicle, take it to Extasy. Definitely make an appointment because Jerry gets booked up.

It seems as though almost everyone has discovered this place via Yelp. When the guy (sorry I can't…read moreremember his name) who runs the joint asked me how I found this business, I told him as much. He's a real chill dude, too. We had originally set up an appointment for 9:00am. Due to unfortunate circumstances courtesy of Starbucks on Lee Trevino's inept ordering system (don't ask), I was running about 15 minutes late. But luckily the dude was cool with it once he called and I assured him I was totally on my way. It didn't really seem all that busy when I walked in either. And I *think* he was by himself that day. I'm not even sure if other people work there, to tell the truth. But it's my first time so...don't take my word on that. After my recent BMW purchase, I only needed the two front windows tinted. I can't speak for everyone else's experiences. But as far as I'm concerned, the prices here are very fair. I only had to pay $70 for two windows. Granted, I drive a subcompact SUV now but...I'd like to think this place is quite consistent when it comes to pricing. We'll soon see once we take my wife's car in to get all her windows tinted. As you probably already guessed, the job was done very professionally. It only takes about a day and a half or little more for the tint to settle enough to roll down your windows again. Mine had NO bubbles whatsoever. Ultimately, dude did a solid job and the whole thing only took about an hour. I'd recommend this place over the likes of, say...Audio Express any day. I also highly recommend scheduling an appointment beforehand. This guy apparently gets booked up fairly quickly. He can also quote you a price over the phone (or on Yelp). Actually, my quote was originally $5 higher. So, that's good. I'm gonna give Extasy Tinting & Accessories (crikey, that almost sounds like a sexual innuendo) 5 perfectly tinted windows that don't look like bubble wrap out of 5.

I went in to purchase a radio for my boat, whose USB port had stopped functioning. I purchased a…read morestereo which they claimed had a $50 discount; only to find out I could have bought that identical radio for less on Amazon at regular price. The installation was a horrible. A 1/2 hour install took 2 1/2 hours. He cut and spliced, cut and spliced & cut and spliced. He clearly did not know what he was doing, and was learning on my boat. That being said, they finally got the stereo working. I could not test it there because boats have to be in the water to test the ignition. I get to the lake, and the boat would not start. Thinking it is a bad battery, I take it to a mechanic in a nearby town. After having the battery checked, the mechanic said that the battery was good and that the issue was caused by what he said looked like a bad install. He said the ground was insufficient and that the ignition wire was connected to the constant wire; which ultimately caused a fuse to pop. I now must take the boat back on Monday to have the install redone. Unfortunately, my fishing trip was ruined by their unprofessional installation. I would also like to add that the manager was not friendly. When I mentioned that maybe someone else should do the install, he ignored my request even though the installer had told him he was struggling. He told the installer to figure it out, and provided no assistance.

If you're a DIY'er this is a great place to purchase gear, but I can't recommend their installers!…read more I've been into car audio my entire adult life (30+ years). Sense back in the day when these "top of the line" brands were "Made in the USA". I spent more time at "Car-Tunes" "Sound Quest" and "Music Systems" than I spent in school. Anyway... I know a little bit about car audio. Because of my passion for car audio, I wanted to love these guys, but I just can't.... They're nice guys, carry some decent brands, have reasonable prices, and talk a good game; but at the end of the day, they under perform and under deliver where it counts... installs. First, I purchased what was supposed to be a "high end" window tint job (their most expensive ceramic film). It was the most expensive and worst window tint job I've ever had. There were several details that went unnoticed (or ignored) by the installer; defects in the film, debris between the film and glass, bubbles, etc..., and they made a mess of my car, which had just been detailed. They kept the car for two days, and when I picked it up I couldn't even properly examine the windows because they were filthy, inside and out. The manager has promised to make it right, "when he gets a new window tinter". Apparently, he did my car on his last days of work here, which is probably why he did such shitty work. We'll see what happens. Despite everything, I decided to give them more business, this time car audio, and had them install a set of component speakers. Again they kept my car for 2 days, and to top it off, as I drove home, I notices an "engine whine" noise coming from the speakers. I didn't have this "whine" before they installed the speakers, and the speakers are not connected to an amp, they are straight off an Alpine HU. I understand car audio can be complex, and there are a lot of variables that can induce noise. It could be a loose ground on the HU, could be how/where they placed the cross-over... whatever! The point is, it didn't have this problem before they changed the speakers. They had the car for two days to install one set of component speakers, you'd think they would have tested for these issues, and corrected them. Remember, this is all these guys do, they don't sell refrigerators, home theaters, or smartphones here. They do nothing but car audio/video/security, and window tint. They're supposed to be experts! Now I'm out $100+ I paid for the install and I'll still be ripping my car apart myself to troubleshoot and fix this issue (cuz it'll drive me nuts!). I won't be taking it back to them as they don't pay attention to the details of their work, and I don't want to be without my car for another 2 days. Although I will be returning for them to make good on the botched tint job (I can't do that myself).
