The lady who did my nails was an older woman and wasn't someone who seemed to need to be doing it in the first place. She caused me to bleed more than once and cut my nails WAY too short. I have uneven polish on all of my toes and none of the sides were touched. She never did the massage or even sterilized her tools. Once I was done, WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES, she moved to the women next to me. With the polish from my toes still on the sides of her fingers. Nor did she clean her tools then.

They refused to listen to us and continued to vigorously scrub our tans off. Now we have to go repay to get our tans redone. On top of that the man doing my friends toes made her bleed and was extremely rough. They also charged us an extra $15 when we asked for the $30 pedicure. The workers could not speak English, yes I understand the language barrier but when the guy who did speak English supposedly told them not to scrub our legs... they did.
