They lie! They sell you things (screen protectors) with warranties and then they will change their policy and gaslight you when you come in to get it fixed. (I had already had it fixed once, so I know what I bought). The lady was extremely rude! I left the store and as I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed she was filming me with her personal phone. I'd love to see that video since I know I didn't make a scene or do anything worth filming. But it was really creepy. read more

Went in to get new service & a new phone & everyone was super nice & helpful! Switching phone companies and stuff from one phone to another can be so long and annoying, but the staff made it easy & worth the switch! I went in with my mother, the greeter wasn't up front like I'm used to in other stores but no matter, I had my mind on getting what I needed then getting out. Like an old pro, I headed past the pharmacy and went straight to the shampoo aisle. Grabbed a bottle of conditioner and headed straight to the toddler clothes...but I had to go past the women's clothes..and there it was..a clearance sign caught my eye and stopped me in my tracks. A big yellow sign with Clearance $1.00. I HAD to check it out. There were tank top shirts with spaghetti straps..nope, headed on..then I saw a yellow sign Clearance $5.00..stopped again. I picked up a 2-pack tights for my daughter, and for me, a black vest with the extremely soft furry front. Great deals, now to get back on track..men's aisle..shirts $3.00..had to peek, none would fit my husband. Luckily, we had reached the toddler aisle. I grabbed the shirt and pants I wanted and there it was..another sign! Clearance $5.00. Just a little look wasn't going to hurt anything..nothing good in a size 6, so straight to the front we headed. All the lanes were busy so we went through the self check-out. Got everything to fit in one bag and out the door we went. There was a greeter as we were leaving. I didn't have to ask for help or deal with anyone so I really don't have anything to complain about. read more

I've used this store for a couple years and EVERY single time I have used them I have spent months after cleaning up their messes. They will lie to make a sale and disregard the absolute mess it makes for the customer. The first time that I dealt with them and had this issue, I had purchased an IPhone. They told me that it would be free monthly (with bill credits.) That was not the case, they didn't look at my plan at all, despite them having my entire account pulled up. I spent months doing recon with customer service. It was resolved about 3 months later and resulted in me not keeping the phone. This time, I purchased an IPhone, trading in a Samsung phone. The rep told me I'd be paying 24 dollars a month for the iPhone with the trade in. First bill comes and I'm actually paying $32 a month for the iPhone. When I asked them for the total we even did the math together to confirm that that was the case to make it $24 a month. Using the numbers they gave me, I was told that would be the case and it checked out with the math. I also, never approved a line being added. This was a simple trade in, not some sort of crazy promotion. They added a line. Raising the bill another $15. So now im at $47 a month. When I was told $24 a month. I called customer service and they tell me that nothing could be done except through the store. I called and spoke to the assistant manager and am waiting to hear back from the manager. This store cares about ONE thing only and that is making a sale. They could care less about what it does to their customers. I will be filing a formal complaint with t-mobile corporate unless they fix their mistakes. Either way, I would highly suggest NEVER using this store. read more

So I walk in, both store employees were busy tending to customers. I waited for half an hour, waiting for the first of them to be done with their customers. Then the white girl was done with her customers and at that moment some new folks walked in the store and instead of coming to me she went to them. LOL Do I have to point out to her that I've been waiting here for half an hour? I felt like a second class customer so I left. I was going to upgrade from my super ancient phone, but I rather keep super ancient phone. I don't do business with rude people. read more

Out of the dark ages with my first Smartphone but had to go to the T Mobile store for some help. Outstanding staff, I was impressed. One was trying to help me and was having some trouble to another pitched in and a 3rd made sure we were progressing. I was impressed with their great attitude and teamwork. They definitely put the customer first, an experience I didn't have at another of their stores a few years ago. Another quick visit yielded the same service. Hats off to a great run store. They don't just work together, it was obvious they enjoyed working together and their work. read more

Was in town visiting my family and needed some help with our service, so went in to this location. The vibe and atmosphere was really laid back and fun compared to the other locations I've been to. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, especially Raymond who was very polite, patient, personable, and fantastic at customer service. T-Mobile has really disappointed. Not any general store just the phone company in general and customer service reps that I spoke to were more than unpleasant. The "supervisor" was completely rude and I could hear people laughing in the background. So let that be known. I should have gotten her name. My bill was paid twice. One payment I authorized and one I DID NOT authorize. I called them because obviously they took my money and it became my fault. They couldn't help me because the payments were still pending and they weren't able to give it back(this was a Thursday) so the lady I spoke to said in the morning she would see if the pending payment showed and get it refunded for me. Well I'm already mad at this point, you're going to take an unauthorized payment from me, make me go negative in my bank account, and tell me that you can't cancel a PENDING transaction?? What is pending for then?? She told me to call my bank and I did, my bank told me to call TMobile.. I am so frustrated.. I called back the next day all to find out that the lady didn't even check my account to get the refund process started. The guy had to do it for me and then told me it would take 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS!! Well it's Friday at this point AND memorial weekend so that means it won't be back in my account until at the earliest, Thursday... I have no money I'm actually in the negative now, have 3 kids to feed, and hardly have any gas to make it back and forth to work. So thank you TMobile for completely FUCKING me. I will never recommend your service to anyone and I sure hope you hire better and more respectful staff in your call center- laughing at someone who is struggling and upset isn't funny. read more
