I was here about a phone replacement last week, after going to another location who did not have my desired phone in stock. They called around and located at this store and placed it on hold with the manager. In addition to looking like a teenager, the manager had little recollection of the conversation and arrangement a mere 20minutes later, and the employee who interacted with me consistently cut me off as I was answering her scripted questions, only to ask me another question that could have been avoided IF SHE HAD JUST LET ME FINISH TALKING! Unfortunately, she was also the only employee who was not wearing a name tag of any sort, which prevented me from making any valuable remarks in the customer service survey i was texted as soon as I walked out the door. Cricket service is what it is, and generally it isn't bad. Their employees, however, need to lose the attitude. I seem to encounter the ones who have an overinflated ego or a chip on their shoulder every other time I come in, regardless of location.

Understand that some electronics cannot be repaired, but I had to call several times and every time, their promised call back for followup did not happen. With the Coronavirus going around, it is difficult, if not impossible to take them into any business. Fortunately, Cellairis was willing to come to my house to do the screen replacement. The individual from Cellairis came to my house after normal business hours and replaced my screen while sitting in his car. And the charge was the same as if I had brought it to the store. Within 15 minutes, I had a new screen. And the technician even put a screen protector on my phone. There was no extra charge for this or for the house call. I offered more than the fee requested as a tip for the great service, but the technician refused it. Only after I insisted and suggested he use the money to go have some beers with his co-workers did he accept the extra money. I use my phone to stay connected to the outside world and use it to order take-out food, groceries, and any other supplies for the house. I was very pleased they were able to come to my house the same evening I contacted them. Hopefully I don't have a problem like this again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to contact Cellairis again.

I recently visited Cell Phone Repair (CPR) because my child broke my phone's screen and I needed to…read morereplace it. I am a T-Mobile customer and have a phone insurance through them. I didn't want to have to mail my phone somewhere else and be phoneless for days, so when I filed the report they said I could visit CPR in-person and get it fixed the same day. Making the appointment online was super easy and when I got there, they already had me checked in and everything. However, even if you make an appointment that doesn't mean there's no waiting time. My phone took about 2 hours to get it fixed, and while I was there I saw how busy they were with all the walk-ins. Overall it was a great experience and I am thankful to staff for their amazing work. I also appreciate that they suggested a screen protector they could install in there to give my phone some extra safety from my crazy child. Thank you CPR team for all your help!
