I went to T-Mobile in November when all the good holiday deals were there! my plan was to pay off my current iPhone and get the new iphone15 Eric asked if I had someone I can give an iPhone to bc they're offering me a BOGO deal! I called my friend and told her she's getting a new iphone for Christmas! I left with the 2 iPhones. I got my bill ...almost $300!!!! I called and was so mad at why are there 3 different phones and 3 lines!!!! I did not agree to any of that and did not know wtf I signed up for! T-Mobile said the deal was buy 1 get $700 off?!!! And to get that deal, u had to add a line/2lines?!!!!! I'm still trying to figure out my bill and get back to my original plan! don't believe what they tell you there and triple check what you agree too because they're liars!!!! I stopped at the williamsville store this morn. 1st time Ive been there. And it was an incredible and helpful experience. The knowledge and talent of the 2 employees there (Justin & Alexandria) were 2nd to none! Awesome service, knowledgeable and friendly! Buyer beware! Scammed! Unethical operation. Salespeople will tell you everything is free, but you're paying for it one way or another. Do not take their "free" accessories as they are not free and will cost you considerably. Tablets (iPads & Samsung) are not free and you will get a line charge on your bill. They will provide false information about promotions. This is not a corporate T-Mobile store. Take the time to research promotions online, and purchase online if you can. Otherwise, go to a corporate T-Mobile store. I believe there's one on Delaware Ave, but you can always contact Corporate directly and ask for a store. Make sure it is not a "franchise". read more

I have been an At&T customer for 30 years and only switched to T-Mobile because of the corporate discount from my employer. My husband and I went into the Main and Union location on November 7th, and were assisted by the manager Justin Nieves. We were told we would get a $750 credit for our trade in phones plus (2)$200 visa gift cards for switching over. All we wanted was two new phones and home internet service. Before we knew it Justin brought out $3000 in equipment and told us it was part of the "package deal" they had. Our options on the various packages were never explained. They never went through pricing but assured us it would be less than what we were paying with At&T. We went into the location at noon and didn't leave until almost 5pm. I was in a hurry to catch a flight and felt pressured into taking what they gave us just to get out of there. I was given 2 iphones, 2 iPads, a hotspot, and an internet home device. I took the extra devices because it was part of the "package deal" and all the equipment was free. I was also told that since one of my phones had a cracked screen I should have it replaced by Justin's friend at the Galleria so I could get the full $750 trade in. I paid $125 to have my screen repaired and sent my phones for trade in only to receive $125 on one and $155 on the other. I have tried to return the extra equipment 3 times and the manager Justin has refused. He also assured me I would receive the correct credit on my bill after my old phones were sent in. This never happened and I never received the $200 per phone gift cards I was promised. I now have equipment that I won't use and don't need. After my first bill I realized that Justin setup our account as a business account when it is for personal use and I am now paying over $150 per month more than I was paying at AT&T. The employees at this location should not be trusted. They will LIE to your face without batting an eye. Read their online reviews they have scammed and lied to many people. We have formed a group of customers who have been scammed by employees at this T-Mobile to report them to the attorney general.Please report this location if you have been ripped off and lied to. Headed over to this location this past Friday after having been an Android user and a Virgin (Mobile Customer) for many years. It was time to pop my iPhone cherry. I was unsure what their Coronavirus protocol would be, and upon arrival it did seem that they were adhering to a capacity limit in their store as the manager counted how many were already inside before allowing me in. I knew I wanted the iPhone 11, so it wasn't too much of a process. I was helped right away and got right to switching my service from Virgin (or Boost, whatever they are these days) to TMobile. It was a smooth process. I will say, I never previously noticed how much I watch people's mouths when they speak before this whole mask-wearing ordeal. The employees there actually had a dry erase board to assist with any potential communication troubles. Nice touch! read more

I was dreading making the switch from AT&T to T-Mobile because I had talked to several different reps online and in store and it just seemed like it be a headache.
