Went in last week, my Husband and I are finally getting rid of Comcast and decided to try TMoble. They were so patient, set the Internet boxes up so when we got home all we had to do was plug them in. They also set up our new phones, we always had 3 Sons that did this but they are all busy. Everthing is all hooked up and working, never been happier. It truly was easy and the two gentlemen working were wonderful. read more

I would give this store 0 (ZERO) stars if I could The sales rep Eric C is a complete fraud - talked me into ordering an iPhone and took over $100 as a down payment - completely misrepresented the deal I received an iPhone which was malfunctioning - nobody from the T-Mobile customer Care could help - they recommended that I return the product - so Eric C charged a Restocking fee of $70 for a phone which was broken and he should not resell it to anybody. They changed my iPhone password and did not even tell me - which is illegal!!!! This entire outfit is a FRAUD - do not go there if you want your identity safe - people who work there are DANGEROUS!!!!!! I reported the store and rep to the Police and they will investigate!!!! Stay away from this store - they steel your identity and take your money for nothing!!!!! Beware! read more

For many years they were our "go-to" provider for anything related to our old Nortel phone system, including helping us recover from a lightning strike. Recently they helped us convert from the Nortel system to their own VOiP solution. The conversion was seamless and the system works flawlessly for our 10 person studio. The best thing about them, and the reason we chose Active Telephone over another solution such as Vonage, is their customer service. If we have any questions or issues, it's great peace of mind to know we can call Marty or Bob and they'll be at our office fixing the issue whenever necessary.
