Terrible service and very unfriendly. Signed us up for the wrong (more expensive) plan even though I showed them the printout of the plan we wanted; I had to call T-Mobile and get that fixed after we got home. We had to push for both of us to be authorized users on the account and to set us up on the auto-pay. They encouraged us to swap up our phones because "unlocking AT&T could take up to 48 hrs" - a lie. My husband had company phones switched with all carriers including AT&T as part of his job at the company where he worked, never true. After we declined the phone upgrades, the AT&T unlocks happened almost immediately, imagine that. Definitely no "welcome to T-Mobile" or "thanks for coming in". Go to a different T-Mobile, not this one! read more

Like someone said, "These people are unbelievable!" I went in to switch to TMobile at this store. After treating me and my son like we were committing a crime, the girl announced she couldn't give me the 5G upgrade deal because my phone had water damage. Knowing that was impossible (phone hasn't even been close to water) I booked a session at the Apple store to confirm the phone was in perfect condition. Phone passed with flying colors. I was able to use the TMobile deal as a lever to make ATT match the offer. More lost business because lil miss unsupervised didn't want to do any work. read more

If I didn't have to select an amount of stars, I definitely wouldn't. First of all, John, the "expert", if that's what you want to call him explained to me how a lease worked when I was asking a question and got the same response 5 different times. Thank you, I was so unaware before I went into the store. Then when we asked to speak to a manager, John threw his packet in aggravation, rolled his eyes and got Laura the store supervisor to help us where she also explained to me how a lease worked and offered no help or assistance. Went in on black friday 11/26/2021, called first to ask if they had the iphone 13 pro max with 256GB, said yes. I went to get it, they did not provide me with a receipt at all. Then 11 days later I have the wrong GB's They gave me 128GB. They charged me $192.33 later for screen saver as well. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrable store!!!!! It is not a corporate store. I tried talking to T-Mobile about my steadily increasing bill. all they did was offer excuses that did not explain the problem. when I signed up with them they guaranteed me $180 a month bill with never and increase. That was a bald-faced lie. Also today they took my Netflix away, I couldn't connect to Netflix. When I asked them about it they said oh that was a promotion where it was Netflix on us. which is a bald-faced lie also because I loaded Netflix on the phone and I'm using my profile with Netflix meaning I am paying for the bill not T-Mobile. when I tried to speak to a supervisor about it they hung up on me. horrible company horrible customer service lies about their bills completely fraudulent do not go with T-Mobile. read more
