But I NEVER had TV service with Charter.. EVER.. .. So i wasted most of my day off dropping off equipment to be told I didn't return all of it.. They told me to find it and return it. I have used Spectrum/Charter several times over the last 25 years, but I'm done with this deceitful company forever. It's just not for me. I'd rather work with a more ethical and honest company.
