My go to cleaners was Classic cleaners in Wausau. They were bought out by Gunderson cleaners. I…read moredropped my first load off to them last week. It was due back Monday but I picked it up Thursday. My total bill was $87 and some change. When I was walking out I could tell that there was a strange odor to the clothing. I live an hour away from Wausau so I continue to drive and got rather nauseous from the smell that was coming from the clothes. I can't quite pinpoint the actual smell... it's more like they are being washed in a dirty machine with chemicals.... I can't nail it. I ended up calling Gunderson's The following day. I told the gal my name and explained the situation. There was a long period of silence. The girl offered to re-clean the clothes and that was all she could do but why would I want to chance my clothes being cleaned again, only to come out smelling the way that they do. I told the gal that I would try to Febreze them and if it didn't work but I would consider bringing them back. She said OK and it sounded like she was ready to end the call but I said don't you need my name ? We played a cat and mouse game until finally she admitted that she had collar ID. It was a little frustrating. We are limited with dry cleaners so this just makes things more complicated. I will most likely not be back.

Wonderful Service! I recently took in four different items (an older tablet, a newer laptop and…read moretwo very old gaming systems) to be repaired. The owner Wayne was so incredibly kind, patient and professional and he explained everything they would attempt to do to fix the issues. I explained to Wayne that we were in a bit of a time crunch as we were leaving for the winter and he assured me they could get things done according to our schedule. He even offered to take the items to the post office and send them to us if the repairs took more time than we had available. Now that is going above and beyond! Wayne was very upfront about costs and two of the items would have cost much more to fix than to buy new. The repairs that were completed were finished quickly and by someone who was very meticulous. I should note that prior to going to Complete Cellular Repair I went to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they didn't open up any devices rather they pronounced them DOA and told me I needed to buy new. Wayne and Stanley, his tech assistant, took a look at the same device and said it was an easy fix and went to work right away on it. The device has been working beautifully since and the cost was extremely reasonable, much less than purchasing a new laptop. It's hard to find true service in today's world especially in the world of tech. I am so impressed with Wayne at Complete Cellular Repair. It's clear he has a passion for fixing devices, service, dogs (if you go in be sure to say hi to Bluey and Chester) and integrity. Thank you.

That changed when my television needed repair and my parents recommended SEIM. I gave Denny a call and explained the issues with my 60" Samsung television. A true professional, he asked several questions to diagnose the issue properly and gave me several things to try. It became clear the backlight had likely gone out and he was confident he could further diagnose if I brought it in. He even gave me a cost estimate based on the likely issue. I brought in my television and was quoted about two weeks for repair, but he ended up having the issue diagnosed and parts in hand in just a few days. He also called me periodically to provide updates on the repair and confirm the cost estimate, making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. In all, the repair was completed ahead of schedule and he also helped me with adjustments to make the screen view look as great as possible and even cleaned the unit and corrected an issue he found with the power supply. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would recommend Denny at SEIM Appliance without question.
