Dashawn (sp?) was incredibly helpful today at the 6431 Georgia Avenue store. I came in with a crazy weird situation and a high degree of frustration that had been exacerbated by multiple instances of incompetence when dealing with the corporate customer service line. She handled it all with incredible professionalism and patience and I left the store feeling like I got the best possible deal and was in very good hands. If I ever need to make any changes, I will seek her out specifically. If only all T-Mobile professionals were of Dashawn's caliber. read more

I will never go to another TMobile store in DC. The service here was quick and the all female staff (at least when I went) were so nice. I went after being on with tech support over the phone and being put on hold for an hour after getting zero help for the first hour. read more

Starting from the manager and the other employees, you have to have more training in what they do and how they should treat people and in the language they use in front of other people. If the manager would like to say something to her, let the person say it in front of her, not behind her. read more

5 years ago I left a positive review for this store, but sadly my recent experience was terrible. Came in to make a payment because the app had blocked me out. Asked for help to get back and the woman was super unhelpful, to the point of being rude. She was not willing to help and I am still blocked out. She said that from now on I have to come in to pay. The assistance I received at this location was very helpful. Alex was one of the staff members who assisted me with setting up my phone and he ensured that my phone setup was complete. Also there was another staff member that assisted as well. She was very informative and helped me transferred my phone from my old carrier to T-Mobile. I would recommend this store to anyone. As a walk-in customer the staff overall were courteous and professional. I will definitely be back for my cellular services. read more

I had the unfortunate displeasure of being the recipient of a disgruntled employee's unprovoked verbal wrath. And I'm pretty sure no reprimand was ever given despite telling me so. But that's not my gripe. I exchanged a phone and was promised a $209 mail-in rebate that never came, on top of denying me a return of a stocking fee, both of which were promised by the manager and later reneged on. Although this is a brand new location with nice interior, I highly suggest you go to the one in Columbia Heights. They're much more professional and the service is pretty on par with what you'd expect from what I still feel is the best mobile carrier in the world. Just please be on guard if you ever decide to visit this one. read more

I visited this T Mobile location last Thursday and I went in there to make a payment on my cell phone bill when I went in there there were three T-Mobile representatives who were all busy with customers so I sat down on the bench and waited until one became available when one became available the young lady was helping her to me she was helping a gentleman and his son after they finish the transaction the gentleman reached out his hand to shake the T Mobile representatives hand and she shook his hand now that would be all well and good if this was not during a pandemic. The T-Mobile representative shook the customers hand and proceeded to call me over for to be helped she didn't sanitizer hand after she shook the customers hand I didn't have any type of hand to hand interaction with her besides paying my bill and I paid in cash there the receipt machine or computer system is down so I had to take a snapshot of the receipt from the tower that she had in her hand my issue is covered Delta land or whatever is still here and these businesses and their employees need to be held accountable when it comes to properly sanitizing themselves their countertops whatever. In between customers it's very important that businesses do this after what I saw at this particular T-Mobile store unless it's an absolute emergency I will not be visiting because I don't know if this is a practice amongst the rest of the employees who work at this location. read more

Had planned to go to the T Mobile near to my work, but decided to just stop by here since I was getting groceries nearby. So glad that I did! Jasmine, Tatiana, and Mike were all fantastic. Helpful, friendly, and willing to endure my thousands of questions. I got just the phone I wanted, and they were patient while I was indecisive about the color of the case. They were friendly to everyone who walked in and I saw the same level of service to all the customers. I highly recommend the store, and five stars to all of these staff members! read more
