Brayan promise me he would be in my shop the next day to fix the problem, that was on August 18, so far many emails back and forth with promises like "I will be there today", "I will be there in 1.30 minutes", "Tomorrow I will be there", today September 02, Brayan is still missing and stop answering my emails. I have spoken to a dozen cust. reps and a manager They have continually either gave me the wrong information or dis nor follow through with the supposed resolution. At this.point the anxiety I get when I know I have to call once again to have verizon do what they have continually promised. It has cost me financially as well. Verizon is not on auto pay yet takes payment from my bank without permission and they are taking up to double what I owe. It has interfered with my rent payment twice now. So it is now over 4 months since verizon screwed up my whole account and the phone that was supposed to be removed is once again on my account and verizon is trying to charge me for it. Verizon has literally given me PTSD. I have actually been brought to tears over the frustration and sheer anxiety verizon has put me through.They over charged me by $192 and I was able to speak with a manager. He said he would refund it and put me on hold. When he came back he said he applied the $192 to my account as a credit. I was furious and told him I needed it put back in my bank account. He said he couldn't!!! I was very short on my rent because of this and I had to pay a $75 late fee. They are truly the most deplorable company i have ever come up against.
