Next we made an appointment with the Apple Store. Let me just say they're not geniuses there. So then we came to this location and spoke with a young lady named Cheyenne(sp). She went out of her way to help us. She explained and worked with us so my mom could use her iPhone. I wrote a review for the Apple Store and said that they should hire this young lady. She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. First got help from a young lady named Cheyenne who helped my 90 yr old mother with her phone that an Apple genius couldn't help with. Today 03/04/2026 we went there again since we had such a great experience previously. Today we were helped by two young people. The second person by the name of Genesis. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made our experience seamless. Anytime we need anything we need with T-Mobile we will definitely come to this location.

They had us connected and running within three (3) days (first available appointment). We have only had to call Tech Support twice: 1. Intermittent Connectivity (due to torrential storm weather about six months ago) 2. Questions about Mobile App Both times, Tech Support was ON THEIR GAME and took care of us quickly. My wifi/hard-wired speeds had been inconsistent and generally very slow. I determined it was likely do to bad cabling from the previous owners, as well as the cabinet having useless, used cables everywhere. I HATED working in that room as it was a nightmare to work with. A picture speaks a thousand words so check out the before and after. He mounted everything in the cabinet very professionally, removed all the redundant and used cables (having to climb through a insulated tightly packed attic) and mounted my router on the outside of the cabinet for easy access and to provide maximum range/efficiency. My speeds on both wifi and hardwired skyrocketed! Even during PEAK hours I was getting well over what my cable company was 'guaranteeing.' Off-hours it is well beyond what is advertised by Cox. He was very thoughtful in his process. (planned ahead and had multiple solutions if he came across any problems.) Beyond the box he checked the Ethernet jacks in every room and re-placed them/tested as necessary. He does full residential and commercial jobs and for the amount of time he spent the price was beyond fair and MUCH lower than I was expecting. I cannot recommend this guy enough!

I expressed my concern about some recent problems with a "Ding-dong-Ditcher" who has been targeting our house at bizarre hours (5am and late at night), but have been unable to catch the culprit. AirComm was very helpful in providing some great suggestions and excellent pricing on their video monitoring services. I am truly grateful for their help, and can now sleep soundly at night knowing that the person responsible for these sinister acts will be caught on camera. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone. I am even considering purchasing some two way radios from them for another secret project I have in works which I can not talk about in a public forum like Yelp.
