You just pick out your movie and bring it up to the counter where you never had to tell them your name because they knew who ya were. Granted I saw some shady stuff go down here but I never felt unwelcome or unsafe and I'd always leave my bike unlocked and thrown on the pavement outside. My only complaint is that they took away the electricity ball (one of those glass balls you put your hands on and it zaps you). Bring it back!

The staff here are super helpful and friendly. They are always at the register and on the floor crushing up and down the isle to help when it's needed.
