It's unimaginable to walk into a store and feel like you are disturbing the employees that work there. I had an issue with a phone and instead of helping me, the assistant manager said I would need to call 611 T-Mobile and get help and she walked away. We switched 5 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. Victor was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was patient, made sure he understood what we wanted, and made the transition from one carrier to another very smooth. it was much easier to do it with his help at the store than to try to do it on-line. I paid money for a specific screen protector that had a lifetime warranty and when I sent TMobile a message asking if they needed proof they said none of my lines have protection. The employees said word by word "you can get it replaced anytime". Now I'm being told I don't have protection and need it to get it replaced. Complete bullshit. Edit: Visited the store and they said the same thing. 3 people are sure there was no mention about insurance when buying the item. The employees were friendly at least. read more

The store had one other customer who seemed to be a T-Mobile employee just from another location. I just came in for a new wire for my charger port. The tip somehow got bent and though it still worked it no longer did "fast charging". He asked if I wanted 4ft or 6ft. I said 6ft....well apparently they didn't have anymore. He did open it up and charge my phone to assure that fast charging was indicated. Perfect. $20...never had to buy a charger before. I assumed the entire ( head and cord) charger would be $20. Nope $20 Just for the cord, T-Mobile brand. read more

The employees at this store are fucking unbelievable time and time again. I have a disabled mother, and she wanted a SIM card. Even tho I was an authorized user on the account and could prove it in various ways. He wouldn't let me buy a SIM card! I was so outraged I knocked over a display and spit on the door. Such bad business. So I got in my car, went to Walmart and swiped a SIM card! And it had a $40 airtime credit on it, so at least I got $40 for dealing with his stupidity. Watch out me manager. The store clerk was extremely rude and more interested with her own personal cell phone instead of assisting customers. Genniss send me out the store with a uncharged cell phone and told me that I should buy one or go home to get my old charger; I had to go into my car and charge the phone to make sure that it worked properly! This is the second time that I encountered this Clerk and she was so rude both times. I think that management should make sure that store employees are not using their personal cell phones while working as it distracts them from providing quality customer service! read more
