I could go on for days but I'll shorten it up I only had boost for one month and I never got to complete one phone call to the end the phone's never worked I took back two phones on the third phone they wouldn't let me take it back and it was broken as well. The same thing was wrong with all three phones and the uneducated worker at the store could not tell me what it was and I couldn't even return this phone and it was within the 7 days. He wouldn't give me his managers name or number. And I also called customer service and they may have seemed nice but none could help me I probably called 50 or more times. Then to top it off my bill was not what it was suppose to be. I switched to save money but got s*****d and lied to and they won't let me get my number or unlock my sons phone which he paid cash for and they never told us that he had to keep their service for 12 months which wouldn't have been an issue if my phone even worked at all. At one point he even changed my number and didn't even tell me. Everytime I went to the store it was at least an hour and a half. I use my phone for work and have almost lost my job because of these issues.

But after I assaulted the agent, Arlando with an A, for telling me the info was lost never to be seen again (not really, I just sort of punched him in jest), Superwoman Summer came to the rescue and was able to magically recover what I thought I had lost. I told the manager they deserved 1,000 stars, but she said five was the limit. I was to receive an email/link to rate them, but, alas it never arrived. Soooo, three months later I am writing a review extolling their skill, talent, camaraderie, and all around helpfulness. The store supervisor/manager is a nasty nasty woman, they wasted my time, were rude to me, she yelled at me across the store with customers present. I was given instructions by the store employee, those were not correct. I was told there was nothing they could do for me so I called customer service. Customer service came up with a solution, to which the store manager told me no, they were not going to help me and then lectured me and yelled at me in the presence of other customers. I have been a Verizon customer for 5 years and have had anywhere from 5-7 lines over those years. Verizon as a company has always been great, this location is the worst and the manager should be fired for what just took place.

I'm a huge recycler, so being able to drop off my batteries and bulbs here to keep our environment safe is important to me. Parking is a pain. The strip center has a lot of popular businesses, so snagging a parking space in the lot is tricky. Just be patient and you'll get one. You may have to wait for an opening or exit the lot and re-enter to get one. Good luck. Most recently we experienced multiple issues that popped up mainly due to the aging of our system. Although it took several trips to troubleshoot and get to the root of the issue(s), they didn't stop working on the system until they got it back to proper working order.
