The manager was there, and she was rude, unhelpful, and untrustworthy. This has happened every time we've walked in that place, except for when we signed up. The staff was running around, cutting up with each other, and one staff member, a fat white lady, was threatening to call immigration, which I found terribly shocking and disappointing. An elderly lady walked in for help, and the heavy set black guy was terribly condescending and rude. He refused to help her. As soon as possible, we will be leaving T-Mobile. We will make sure not to recommend T-Mobile to anyone and everyone.

Our regular previous "Sprint" store had closed early in a Friday night so sought out different location. There were several patrons ahead of us and three technicians. Don't think anyone acknowledged us when we entered. Took forever (an hour?) to get waited on. Technician told me he'd fixed my problem. Told me to wait a few moments. We waited in the car and still not resolved. Went back inside and THEN he tells me to visit the Apple store for service. Won't visit this location anymore. They weren't friendly, nor helpful.
