Store is a joke. Go elsewhere. Waited over 2 hours, finally left!! This is not a corporate store.

They are worth the wait, it would be nice if the could improve wait time. Overall I have had positive , friendly and knowledgeable experiences. Visited store on 10/21/24 approximately 10:30 AM , I was the only customer next in line. I knew ahead of time that waiting could be a factor. I waited about 20 minutes, then waited about 20 min STANDING. This T-Mobile location needs more seating , if you are short staffed and can't get to Your clients (especially the elderly, I observed an elderly man walk out , couldn't handle the waiting) need stools or chairs to sit down on! They only have two 2 seater benches located along frontside windows. Please PROVIDE SEATING ALONG YOUR SERVICES COUNTERS FOR ELDERS and PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ! Thank you in advance! read more

Store refused to trade in phone even after being told they could. Worst t mobile I have ever been too recommend to go to any other t mobile

We walked in and asked a worker about the 4 phones for $100 deal just to know more about it. The worker looked at us and said, "well what do you wanna know about it?" We said we just wanted to know the details and he said "I mean that's it. It's 4 phones for $100, that's all." As if he was mad at us for wanting to know about it? Holy crap it was almost comical. They love to make up their own bs hours here. Doors locked with employees gathered around the desk inside, no one looked once I yanked on the handles. No notes on door and can't pick up the phone. The times I have come into this specific location I purchased 2 iPhone 14s and a Samsung and the guy had an issue with me being there the whole time. Worst customer service, like literally ever lol. read more

Came to this location because my husband was experiencing issues leading something for Facebook. It was taking 2 days to load the app. The associate was able to help us reload the app. He was very courteous and even opened the door as we walked in! The was no wait time. I would highly recommend this location if you need help with your Tmobile phone. read more

My husband and I decided to switch to iPhones so we called the different carriers to see what deals were being offered. T-Mobile had the best one, where we could both get half-off new SE models--PLUS--they had a great plan for seniors where we got unlimited talk, text and data for less than we were paying before! But the real treat was working with Sam to get everything set up. Usually this is a chore but Sam knows what he is doing and saved me time and trouble with a couple of work-arounds. He was conscientious in getting me all possible discounts, and because he is so friendly, smart and savvy, he was just enjoyable to talk to. If you're looking for a good cellphone deal, check out T-mobile, and if you can, I highly recommend talking to Sam in the Pineview Plaza store! read more

I used to consider T Mobile as the arm pit of the phone carriers. This was based on friend reviews. I switched to them once the military deal came out. I've never dropped a call and the 4LTE is faster than Verizon (because T Mobile has been able to keep up with customer demand and not over saturate their phone towers). Im a pretty skeptical guy and have been looking for negative things but haven't found anything yet. read more

We bought a phone from T-Mobile online and could not get the phone transfer data at home. Xander was absolutely amazing and so helpful even though they were so busy. He was helping many people at once and we were impressed by his work ethic. Instead of making people wait a long time without help he was bouncing around and very efficient. Switched over from AT&T and was told that they had a promotion that pays off your current phone plan and put it on a prepaid credit card so you can pay it off. After finding out that they don't put the right GB with phone you trade in, but you have to fill a form out that tells you that your device is not eligible. Then having a working pretend that they cannot hear you so they hang up is wrong. To find out they give a credit on you bill and a small amount a the prepaid card. I have been trying to reach this location by phone for over a week. I've made numerous calls and no one has picked up or returned my call when I was able to leave a message. I've spent many hours trying to get them to fix a problem with billing and service after they said it was taken care numerous times. For over a month it has still not been fixed and and I'm getting huge bills that I didn't sign up for. Beware if you decide to go with this company especially this location!! read more
