On numerous occasions Pryer said he would get the installation done soon. After it was apparent that the installation would not get done we asked that the equipment be returned. When Pryer refused to return it we turned the account over to collection. This company is fraudulent and unreliable. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

He told me to log into my T-Life app and do payment through that app. I logged into and payment was declined. He asked if I had that much cash on me. I told him I didn't have $105 on me plus whatever the new iPad was going to cost. He let us walk out. We went to the Teays Valley location and we didn't even need $105, we needed $10 after I stopped at my bank on the way to the other location. She couldn't get anything done for me, had no idea what she was doing on the computer, and told me I was being too impatient after being there for so long and getting nothing done with her. She took multiple breaks while trying to help me. She had to lean on other coworkers and they were busy with their own customers. When I left and said I would just keep my service with AT&T she told me I wasted her time in a very rude manner. The other workers were all wonderful to their customers but that Bethany girl has no clue what she's doing in that store

He said the iPhone 13 and 13 Pro. I asked him what the difference in the two phones was and he simply replied "the camera" and then he started to talk about the money difference. I would have liked to have learned more about the camera. So I sat there and I picked the iPhone 13 because when I looked online it had more colors but then they only had black or blue. I didn't want those two colors because if I was going to get a new phone based solely on the color I would've liked to have been able to see them. He did not leave his chair. The gentleman next to him offered to order me a different color, but by then I was kinda done with it. Funny thing is that my friend has an account too and she went in and got a different sales rep. He discussed the differences with her and walked her over to the phones to show them to her. I could barely hear him. I kept saying "I'm sorry" and then turning my ear towards him. It's funny, this is my first time being in a cell store here in WV. I just moved here from Vegas. In Vegas, they Kill you with knowledge, upgrades and just trying to sell you more stuff. Here they just look put out. I've been in customer service my entire life living in Vegas and wow what a difference!!!! I did not upgrade my phone and after today I am no hurry to do so. They made the comment that we were the first two people in the store today, so they weren't busy. You thought they would've liked the sale. But by far the best part of the experience is when I said nevermind I'll just wait is when the gentleman "helping" me rolled his eyes and quit speaking to me. I stood in the store a few minutes because my friend did upgrade her phone and then I grabbed the keys and went out to the car to wait for her.
