His father ( a very nice gentleman) picked up my computer on a Thursday, it was very cold and snowing, and I got it back the Next Monday, in fine working order and has worked fine since then. they are very reasonable, almost to reasonable on the prices. Way better than anyone else I talked to and the fact that they will pick up and deliver at no extra charge is unbelievable. They guarantee the work and like i said the price to fix my computer was about a third of what everyone else wanted. Try them, you wont be disappointed. Breaking iPhones is expensive deal with. CPR charges very fair market aligned prices after looking into other companies with similar services. I picked it up and it set up perfectly fine. Not to mention the screen that was put on is "unknown" (not an apple part) which would be perfectly fine but my faceID now isnt working either. The only thing positive i can say is the employees were kind and the screen itself looks and works fine besides the faceID. Fully convinced they tried to play me for more money though.
