After so many years, I broke up with AT&T, and I went to this T-Mobile store. I had the best customer service. The salesman/technician, Faiq, was most helpful and very professional. He looked at the best plan for me, and I ended up with a great deal on a new phone: I purchased one phone and received another brand new phone for free. Faiq transferred my data, and he answered all of my questions. He also activated my Smart watch, and I could not be more pleased with the transition from AT&T to T-Mobile. read more

We had a great experience at this T-mobile location. Customer service here is top notch. Thanks to Nudrat's and Nathan's assistance we were able to get our phone transferred to a new one without any issues. In addition to getting the phone transferred they were able to review our plan and suggest a better one that met our needs. The store was clean and the place looks professional. read more

Was having issues with low signal everyone in the neighborhood was having the same problem so I called the 611 customer service number and one of their technicians and God knows what country he did tell me he wasn't from the United States did something to my phone remotely and it is not worth text it's no longer registered to a network it is all kinds of error messages everything works fine but the actual phone so I took it to the Metro store in Wakefield and all I got was well we can sell you a new phone for $400 well we can't do anything about this they destroyed it but yet I have to pay for it run from this place it's nothing more than a sales house they don't fix anything they don't repair anything and they don't help you all they'll do is take your money run most clueless employees on the planet read more

I bought a lens protector for my new one plus that I bought that day. The protector broke and I noticed the store reopened. At first the man said I wasn't warrenteed because I hadn't taken out the in store warranty, than they realized that the box had a lifetime warranty. The man that put the lens on and asked me if I needed the box , I said no and never gave it a thought. Now I guess it's my problem. I not a fan of that kind of service. read more

I've been with T-Mobile for 2 years now, best customer service, always, and I save $65 a month. I have a real estate business and the phone service is as good if not better than the competition. I was with verizon and at&t thought I had to accept the minimum service provided. The long waits on the phone waiting for verizon customer service is what made me switch, the price was a bonus. I broke my screen and had another phone to switch my service too. The tech Chris, not only transferred all my information to my new phone, he asked me if I wanted different apps. added, he also checked to make sure there was nothing harmful on this new phone. I never felt he was rushing through, yet he got a lot done in a short amount of time. I hope T-Mobile knows what they have with this young man. I was with sprint since my very first cell phone for 22+ years, every sprint store was helpful, and most of all grateful for my business. Since Sprint changed over to T-Mobile I have been dropping calls left and right, important calls, I have one bar of coverage in my home when I used to have 3 to 5, and I figured that I needed was to find out what was going on. Well, I have never in all of my life been to a place where the people are so condescending and rude, obnoxious, saying things like do you want me to wave a magic wand and stupid crap like that. It used to be that they would at least try to take a look at your phone and see what's going on with it when you explain your problem. They asked me a few questions which I said I've already tried and their answer for everything after that was I needed to call T-Mobile I needed to call Apple I needed to call the insurance company, etc. one of the answers that I got was "if it's not working out for you, meaning with T-Mobile, then maybe try another carrier". I was stunned and they actually started making fun of me because I tried to express my feelings about the way they were handling it and the way they were speaking to me and I finally decided that this conversation needed to end. In fact I actually said that this was so immature and the guy said "of you". Meaning me. I told him I was flabbergasted about the whole experience and he actually repeated the word throwing up his hands mimicking me. I can only guess that he doesn't know what the word means...I don't think I have ever said f*** you to anybody, but I did to them in that moment. I've had a lot of people tell me don't go in there because they are awful and I should have listened because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Terrible in to help my father sign up for the military plan. There was one guy working there reeking of weed working there hanging out with what appeared to be his girlfriend. The guy claimed they shut the computers off an hour before close and couldn't help. the next day we called 2 hours before close an even less helpful person answered saying no they needed at least 2 hours to switch plans read more

I went in to this location and was sold a phone with the understanding my phone from a competitor would be paid off if I switched. The associate lied about my phone being eligible to be paid off and I am screwed out of $202. This is of after getting the completely useless corporate run around from T Mobile. If I could give zero starts I would. Completely lied to about pricing. Promised I was receiving 3 promotions, one being buy 2 lines get 1 free, so $70 for 3 lines plus the cost of phones. Then I was told that no such offer existed. Was switching from Sprint so needed them to pay off my contract. When I went in to see manager today I was told that the girl I spoke with on Saturday denied giving me any such deal and they couldn't pay off my Sprint contract. I received 2 phones out of the 3 so far so I asked to get my old phones back, told impossible, "we mail them out on Mondays". Told I probably won't get them back so now I have no phones to go back to Sprint ( mind you I still owe on these) and have to pay a $50 restocking fee to T_mobile for brand new phones. Are you fricken kidding me? If I hadn't been lied to about pricing I wouldn't need to return the phones in the first place. Liars !! Liars!! Terrible customer service and even worse management. They all tell you what you want to hear to suck you in. Stay away from this store and the liars that work there. read more
