I am extremely upset with how we were treated at this T-Mobile location. My grandparents and I went in to switch from AT&T, and the manager's ( John ) behavior was completely unacceptable. He was openly rude, bluntly disrespectful, and actually raised his voice at all of us. Instead of helping us through the process, he kept telling us we couldn't switch, offering no clear explanation and showing zero patience. It was especially upsetting to see him speak to my grandparents that way. To make matters worse, when we came back the next morning to fix the mistake he caused during the switch, he was still rude and dismissive instead of taking accountability and resolving the issue professionally. Switching phone service can already be stressful. Being yelled at and disrespected on top of it is not okay. Customer service -- especially from a manager -- should involve patience, clear communication, and basic respect. This experience was the complete opposite. This business if a full scam! I went in the store to look at their internet and cell phone offer. How they scam people is they tell people to take the router home and verify the signal is operable. Many locations by T mobile are poor or no signal at all. So I did the free trial and returned the router to the state as agreed if the signal wasn't comparable to Verizon. So they misrepresented to me the program and then instead of a full zero bill the let the bill go to T-Mobile as if I signed up for a complete system including phone service which is what the trial is about. They're staff told me there no obligation and there will no bill and no charge for the trial. I did this same trial 2 years ago to tried to do business with our local T mobile and it failed signal then as well but it didn't have the scam tried on me then. This time their staff lied to my face and then when I talked with the manager those employees had been terminated and she would have to make me come into the store to nullify the bill. Now mind you when I returned the router from the trial period which I used 8"7 days of the free 15 day trial and did exactly as the staff informed me to do. To my surprise even though I have a paid in full trial with no balance on their own letterhead the manager denied any responsibility. she refused to credit the bill from T mobile. This is a real live scam from our Sonora area which you would think T moble wouldn't want public reports like this to get out in this small community. Not So! They don't even care, zero integrity, DONT DO BUSINESS THERE!! You will be disappointed and dissatisfied. I'm a true loyal Verizon customer but gave them an opportunity to earn my business and the free iPhone 16/ free iPad, / free watch is a total scam, don't fall for it!!! I'm sure with my experience with them turned out so dishonest that the word will get out and they will fail soon anyway. You can tell when you're in the store things are not kosher, you can feel the bad vibes. I can't even believe that a business with this open front retail store would even consider scamming as a legit store. Poeple are wise these days of all the scams out there but you would mostly see them on line or on your phone. Not anymore!! They have come to a new level, very sad, Sonora is a great community and you would just expect more out of them than a total fraud. I rated them a 1 out of 5 on the Yelp site only because a ZERO isn't a choice. Bad place!!!! read more

Thank you T-Mobile for saving me from the nightmare known as Verizon. Because of Verizon's condescending staff and being completely un-accommodating due to "COVID-19," I am now a new, happy customer of T-Mobile. (And I was a loyal customer to Verizon for years.) I walked right into the business without having to wait outside. The staff greeted me immediately and began answering all of my questions. I picked the phone I wanted and they even looked for upgrades at the same price. They were patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am now saving more than $15 a month with T-Mobile over Verizon and I wasn't treated like a leper (I'm look at at you when I say that, Verizon). on there 5g home internet they sold me apparently they hit the limit they were allowed to sell for unlimited data for our location but sold it to us anyways. internet was at 50mb but over time got slower to the point of 1 mb per second cause they kept hooking up more people then there limit slowing down everyone in my areas home internet read more

This isn't a corporate store so don't waste your time thinking you can get a good deal because even if the employees wanted to give it to you they couldn't! These new cell phone companies all say they don't have contracts but they charge those with Prepaid more and expect you to get locked into something regardless with some type of contract and call it postpaid it's a giant scam and most definitely fraudulent don't believe anything they tell you do your research! Just believe if they can they will charge you the most they can! This is what they are trained to do not help customers or give them any type reasonable offers!!! Hopefully this will change but remember unlimited isn't always unlimited there is always a limit so please do your research, it's sad when the company with the best deals like MetroPCS gets bought out by the company that likes to overcharge people T-Mobile, now both T-Mobile and Metro aren't good deals and the other options have crummy service, hopefully 5G will make things better but let's hope it doesn't give everyone brain cancer, let's hope 5G sends out less harmful frequencies and radiation then 4G did!!! read more
