Arrived at store. Asked for an IPhone model in black. Was told I was in luck, only one left in stock. Another customer walks in with his daughter about two minutes after my initial interaction with the store manager serving me, and asks for the same IPhone model in black loud and clear to everyone in the store. The store manager, rudely stepped away from me to serve the man and his daughter. After some quite whispering, the store manager came back to me and told me that the black IPhone was no longer in stock. Perhaps ask me politely to forfeit the last black IPhone to the other customer's daughter, which I would most likely have been happy to do? Yeah, that actually happened. Fortunately, I received the IPhone model in black at another nearby TMobile store. Lack of ethics much Mr. Manager? No patronage for you! read more

I came in to trade in 2 devices, but I was told by the employee that they don't process them in-store. I informed the employee that I recently traded two devices at the Marysville store without issue, so I asked for his manager. The manager looked like she had just rolled out of bed, and nothing about her was professional. She said they don't take trade-ins even after I asked her if she could look into it. After leaving the store, I called the Marysville store, where I had done my original trade-in, and they informed me that the Snohomish branch should be able to do the trade-in, but they are too lazy to do it. I then called T-Mobile and filed a formal complaint because it was a massive waste of my time, and I went to Snohomish out of convenience after work. I then drove to the Marysville branch and traded in my devices without issue. Please do better, Snohomish. People have lives, and you are there to provide a service, not make excuses. read more

My husband and I moved from Verizon to T-Mobile. The service has been good. The customer service at the Snohomish T-Mobile store was awful. They told us that if we switched to them we get $200 per line on a vise gift card. This was a lie. We switched in August and it is now end of November and we still do not have it. Mu husband went in this past Saturday and spoke with an employee who then called the manger and they said they would honor it. My husband called today to track it and once again they lied and changed it to in store credit. Another way for them to make money. This store lies and the employees do not know what they are talking about. If you are going to switch do not go to the Snohomish store. read more

Hi Karl, lets see, where do I start? 1.) Employees don't understand how the promotions work. 2.) You get quoted prices for promotions and plans that are lies. 3.) You call to get clarification, and get brushed off. 4.) When you go into the store to clarify why the plan on your bill was more than you were quoted, you get put on a lesser plan without being told (Yes, you did that Camden). 5.) The idiot employees apply one of my old phone credits to a T mobile internet cube, and then say that their manager has to fix it, and I would receive a call back (still waiting Karl). So, basically, in a nutshell - RUN don't walk away from this storefront of incompetence. BTW, T-Mobile reception sucks at best, so stick with Verizon if you are looking for reliable service. read more

These people SUCK. My bill used to be the same every single month as it should be. The last 6 months though (since upgrading and adding a line) my bill has done nothing but yo-yo. It is not consistent and I constantly have to call and fight with "my expert" on why my bill is yet again screwed up. If I wanted this type of "service" I would switch back to Verizon. So with that in mind I am shopping around to other cell phone companies as T-Mobile clearly doesn't care about the 4 years I have put up with them. Worst customer service I have ever had! The sales associate didn't even acknowledge our presence for over 15 minutes because she was literally Giving someone a tutorial on their iPhone watch. I tried to ask the manager if he could help us purchase a phone and he said you need to wait and slammed the office door on me. So bad! I wouldn't give one stars but as much as I have been on the phone with the Tech guys up in B-ham I feel like they are family. 7 months and already 2 phones later and the connectivity sucks. I can be on a call and hear the person on the other end but they can't hear me. Almost every week this happens. God forbid if this should happen in an emergency! Poor tower service! I switched to T Mobile 2+years ago at this location. "The happiest day of our lives". And I walk in and pay my monthly bill every month bill. So I see some employees often. Everyone always seems very pleasant. A month ago I just added my young son to our plan and internet for home use. If I ever have any question about "anything" , customer service always explains everything very clearly! And advised me the best way to cancel one of our lines, so it wouldn't interfere with any specials I had going. I am technologically stupid! They always make sure I understand everything. I had to go to T-Mobile a couple times recently and was pleasantly surprised to find a location in Snohomish! The first time was to get some information so I could make a decision what to do with my mobile phone, and the next time was to purchase a new one and transfer data. I have never received such great service at any mobile phone store. Every employee was knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. They made me feel more like I was hanging out with friends than working on making updates to my cell phone. I believe this store is pretty new, so I had no wait times either. This is the worst company ever from their store to their customer service call centers. The employees have no idea what they are doing particularly, Carl, the associate manager (although he thinks he is the actual manager). He sold me and my family a pack of lies. Nobody at T-mobile could seem to fix the problem. Carl at the Snohomish store sold us half price phones but put them under the wrong account holders name. When we switched the account to the correct account holder, we were billed the remaining balance of the phones to the tune of $1636. I told Carl he had screwed up and basically had used a bait and switch tactic. After dozens of phone calls and multiple visits to the Snohomish, WA store, we finally gave up and paid the phones off. Fast forward six weeks when I finally have a break from my husband's bone marrow transplant, of which Carl was fully aware of I went to Verizon with my paid off phone. We called T-mobile, and they told us they had unlocked the phone but when Verizon went to activate it it was still locked but my T-mobile account was now turned off so I had no phone service as a cancer caregiver this is a serious situation. The Verizon manager suggested I head down the street to the T-mobile store to have them unlock my phone. As luck would have it, Carl was there with his backward baseball hat and a nasty smirk on his face. I told him I needed my phone unlocked because I had moved to Verizon. He refused and told me I needed to call customer service. I explained I had no phone service because T-mobile had not unlocked my phone and once again reminded him that I was in the middle of stem cell transplant with my husband. I told him we could play nice and I wouldn't sue him or give him a bad review. He once again refused to help me. Then he told me I needed to leave to or he would call the police. I did leave but I told him to eff off because that is exactly what he should do. Carl is a small minded, mean , lying SOB and should never work with the public. He never said sorry. I am pretty sure he is just a stupid small man and I hope he enjoys his menial low wage job where he can make people frustrated and ripped off. A real man would own up to his mistakes and do whatever he could to right a wrong. This company has the worst customer service and the worst coverage. I generally only have 1 or 2 bars with my brand new 5G phone. Carl has a rotten soul. Nobody should hire him or date him. Did I mention he wears his baseball hat backward? read more

This the worst TMobile store that I have been to...this is the second time I been in that store...1st time I went in there just wanted to pay my phone bill but since there computer take a little slow to upload my name...i decided to look around for a phone and one of the guys keep following me around like I'm gonna steal something in the store but I didn't say anything because I thought is not big deal to say something... I recently changed phone carriers, to t mobile. I did it with a friend through.Costco kiosk. After making the change I had some wuestions about my new service and some little phone problems that I needed to fix. I was in snohomish so I decided to stop in here. Did not have any great expectations, given my past experiences with mobile device stores. Boy was I wrong! The guys in this store were friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. They fixed my problems and even made my experience enjoyable with their good humor. I have since been back again, not for the same thing, and saw a different guy and the same great experience. Amazingly, they did not try to sell me anything either. But, when I do get ready to buy, that is where I will go. Great experience with nice young men. Let me add that I am an old lady and tech people freqently talk down to people in my age group. Not these guys. This is a great new little stpre. read more

Honestly I dont like bashing people nor companies or places but this T mobile is the worst place to get a phone and I regret going there. I have my reasons, two of them and that will be the last time I walk into that place. Unfortunately I got a prepaid plan and bought the phone with free month of service well the phone went out, well the screen. So I walk in and they pretty much tell me to bad we cant help you Motorola who made your phone can help you. What company sells phones and not back them up!? Ridiculous I say. Then it happened the second time with my phone screen or phone not working, maybe that's why they push them out so quickly cheaply made?? Made me so frustrated when I try to ask for help and they cant help me what so ever. Call customer service they said. So I did...and well where do you think that lead me?? I literally have no idea how this store has such a low rating. I've been here twice in the last two months. First time was to upgrade my brothers phone. They didn't try to over sell me and they were honest about what I was going to pay and what showed up on my monthly bill. I legit just left the store today (like just got home). I am looking to switch my iPhone to a pixel or a one note. I had a lot of questions and I was very indecisive. After giving me all the facts and even showing me reviews I made a decision. Nate and I think the other guys name was Matt (so sorry if that's not your name!!), anyways.. they never once treated me inferior or rude. Their customer service blew me away. They answered all of my silly questions and weren't at all annoyed when I stepped away to call a friend to see what I should do.
