Hector was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He took care of us after being tortured by spectrum. Thank you Hector and Tiff. God bless you.

So I came to the store because I needed a screen protector replacement (free) because of the unlimited replacements tmobile offers and the representatives told me that tmobile just switched their policy. Mind you I got a replacement a few days ago for a different phone in my business account. I came to this store before with a friend and they gave us a hard time returning some headphones because we didn't like them. It was within the 14 day return policy and they said they can't accept returns? Like what type of store is this? Never coming back here again. Worst experience I had with tmobile in the last 5 years.

I purchased a phone for my daughter for Christmas on the 21st of Dec. I went to the store to get personal help to get the proper assistance. I thought I was up grading a phone. Long story short. The phone I was assisted with has less GB than my daughters old phone, and glitches. I went to another store on the 27 and I was told I had to go to the store I bought it from, which is far, especially with my daughter sick on that day so I decided to wait. I left to Vegas the Dec 28 got back Jan 2nd sick with covid 19. It is now Jan 7 I got to the store at 11am a girl told me she couldn't help me it was past the 14 day I had to return the phone. She said maybe her manager Michelle can help but she doubted it because it was past the 14 days. I spoke to Bobby from customer care she told me only Michelle can help me, to return to the store at 12pm mean while I had to be at work at that time. Bobby said I can return on Tuesday (my day off) I thought yah right they don't even want to change the phone now. I left work at 2:30 to resolve this problem. When I spoke to Michelle she said she couldn't help me only customer care can. Upset I sat outside for another 45 min to speak to customer care and Bobby coincidently answered the phone. I said Bobby!!!!! I spoke to you this morning I didn't wait until Tuesday I left work and Michelle says she can't help me. I ran in the store put them both on the phone with each other to see who can help me. Michelle told Bobby "I don't understand why someone sent her back here when I cant overwrite the policy". They went back a forth while I was like wtf???? Mitchlle handed me my phone while Bobby was still speaking. First she didn't want to help me now she didn't want to help customer care help me. I was like who is going to help me???? No one here or customer care can get it togeter. Michelle the manager was real dismissive in trying to help me from the beginning. There is nothing she can do according to her not even her district manager. ???? I have been 15yrs a customer and never felt so insulted for the lack in interest to help me figure out how to exchange the phone for another with more storage (which was a gift). If I would of bought the phone online I would of met the grace period and had 6 more day to return it without a problem. For Gods sake It was under the Christmas tree for 4 days. Michelle's solution to my problem is to take it to best buy and trade it in???? Mean while I am forced to pay for the phone monthly. I am appalled of the lack of customer service and interest to helping me resolve my problem. Update Jan8 after all that Michelle is the only person that could help me and she decided to make it her business finally and surprisingly to help me. I am still waiting on a label to return the worthless phone and am waiting for the real upgraded phone in the mail. I am still in shock that Tmobile being such a large company that it is had no one to resolve my issue until I invested 2 days of my life looking for help. Update It is now Feb 2 Michelle and her district Manager Alejandro dragged this for to long causing me the most anxiety in years. A North Hollywood store and Toni from customer care got me a label to ship back the phone. They promised me I never have deal with the store or Michelle ever again and I am relieved. This store has no tmobile team of experts. Expect to get no proper service or resolutions here and purchase your phone on line not in store.

Fusion Networking and Technology - Nice little UNIFI setup with AVAYA Phone system and CAT6 cable.

Everything was labeled and set up in a way that makes ongoing use and maintenance easy. Their pricing was fair and straightforward. On top of that, they were great to work with as they were very responsive, professional, and flexible with scheduling. Overall, we had a very smooth experience from start to finish. We'd highly recommend Fusion for anyone needing reliable, high-quality network cabling.

I work in a medical laboratory, and we're in the process of adding several new automated,…read morehigh-volume laboratory instruments, which connect over TCP/IP and transmit a substantial amount of data to our LIS system. The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

The number ported to the wrong line, and online customer service wasn't able to fix it. Thankfully, I went into the Van Nuys store and the manager, Kelvin, stepped in. He resolved the issue quickly and even followed up the next day when my iMessage wasn't working, resetting my PIN and making sure everything was functioning properly. After this experience, I highly recommend skipping the online system and going straight to the Van Nuys location for reliable, knowledgeable support.

The young woman told me I had to make two payments on it before I could pay it off. That should have been my clue to leave. Sadly I didn't. She does the paperwork & I get the phone. That's when the horribly long wait started while she tried a bunch of things to move my info from the old phone to the new one. She 'worked' on it for about 2 hours and never made it happen... There were two additional employees present - a manager, and another staff person. The three of them were having a lot of personal conversation. I don't think that any of them were over the age of 22. (I'm being generous.) The only reason I bring up that is because the manager was clueless that part of the conversations was standard HR violation...that 1) NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED 2) NEVER BEEN SAID IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! She asked one of the guys to take over because she had to go buy some medication. She was having a female monthly problem. (She wasn't that delicate.) In the meantime while I had been waiting...forever...I started having a medical issue & had to go. I told her numerous times to stop, that I had to leave. She was either ignoring me or just plain oblivious. (I'm guessing she was oblivious.) Finally I got angry & raised my voice. That got the manager's attention. He came over and stopped her. They packed up my stuff and I left. I was on my way to the ER when I realized that I didn't have my phone, they hadn't put it in the bag!SOOO I had to go back and get it! The whole experience was pretty much a sh-t show. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ When I first started with T-Mobile that was the location I went to & I got great service. That continued for several years. However it has devolved down to this. I won't EVER go back there again. T-Mobile Corp needs to get on the ball. They need to hire managers who can do the job. The managers need to when staff members aren't actually doing their job & wasting customer's time. They need to make sure they provide good, appropriate customer environment. And for Pete's sake have HR train managers & staff about what is and isn't appropriate in the work place. That is, unless T-Mobile likes to be sued.

We live in the South Bay in house that was built in 1921 with lath and plaster so getting good WiFi is not easy. Brian spent a few hours assessing our entire house, Sonos system and TV's. He provided a thorough, detailed proposal that addressed our needs. He did not try to nickel and dime us or oversell as others tried to do. Brian goes above and beyond (went to Home Depot to buy mat black paint to hide marks behind the media room TV). The 4 people who work for him are impeccable and care about the job being done beautifully. We are so appreciative of his work and follow through. Brian came back twice to troubleshoot a technical challenge from old equipment, at no charge because he insisted the entire system work perfectly. UPDATE: THIS CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE IS NOW SUSPENDED DUE TO REFUSAL TO PAY A COURT ORDERED…read moreJUDGEMENT. My initial review stated that I was forced to file a lawsuit against Brian Staller / Circuit Genius (legally known as: Performance Telecomm) for breach of contract. The matter is now permanently settled by the court. After the vendor filed an appeal, the Los Angeles Superior Court ruled in my favor and found Circuit Genius / Performance Telecomm liable for breach of contract. Owner Brian Staller calls this a "frivolous lawsuit" in his response to my initial review, but the facts prove otherwise. In his response to my first post, Brian called the lawsuit "bananas-level false" and "frivolous." The fact that I won a judgment against this company not once, but twice--once at trial and again on appeal--means that two judges ruled in my favor, finding Circuit Genius / Performance Telecomm in breach of contract. The court's decision validated the vendor's refusal to honor two key contractual agreements: 1. The Refund Scam: The vendor refused to process an agreed-upon refund for a Yamaha receiver (which the contract stated had "No restock fee if not wanted"). Instead, he attempted to coerce me into a "settlement" that required me to sign a document agreeing to no online reviews, legal proceedings, chargeback attempts or warranty support for work done. 2. Deceptive Practices: After agreeing in writing to return to my home and install a network rack at "no extra charge," he later refused to do so unless I paid a new 2-hour service minimum. He then withheld equipment that I had already paid for and refused to refund the cost of that equipment. **This Contractor is now a Regulatory Liability** More than six months after the final judgment, Brian Staller / Circuit Genius / Performance Telecomm has refused to pay the court-ordered debt. His failure to comply with the judgment has resulted in severe disciplinary action: 1. License Suspension: The Contractors State License Board (CSLB), has suspended his license for failure to comply with an outstanding civil judgment. (See CSLB Record for Performance Telecomm; License 117708). 2. Business Lien: I have filed a lien against this business to attempt to enforce the judgement owed (See State of California Notice of Judgement Lien; File No: U250127585224). This business employs deceptive practices and does not honor contractual agreements. Brian is desperate to get 5-star reviews and refuses to accept anything less even if it means bullying and using intimidation tactics with his customers. A business that ignores its legal obligations, has a lien against it, and has its state license suspended should be a major red flag to anyone reading this. Do not put yourself through a lengthy legal ordeal with this vendor. Proceed with extreme caution.
