Terrible customer service. If I could give this TMobile location 0 out of 5 I would. The TMobile representative refused to open my account on her mobile device and answer questions. She wanted to know why I wanted to have her access my account and regardless of the reasons I gave her she refused to do it. Well, I'm finally switching to Verizon. My girlfriend has been telling me for years how much she likes Verizon. But I've been a T-Mobile customer for 13 years! So about 10 months ago, I got a new Samsung S22+. Within a few months, it started having text messaging issues with their factory-messaging app. I brought it in to this store and they fiddled around with it and it worked again for a few months, then started dropping texts again. So back to the store 2 more times I went over the next few months until finally, they told me I needed to exchange the phone for a new one with the warranty. But there was a $20 service fee attached. They told me they couldn't waive the fee but the store manager, Alex S. could, but she wasn't there that day. So a day later, I went back to talk to Alex with my little 70 yr old Mom. I told the floor associate my problem, and she went to get Alex, but told me she couldn't leave Alex alone during our conversation. I was being very nice. My Mom was there, and I'm just a nice guy. But when Alex came out, she was instantly defensive. Without even a greeting, she launched into a whole spiel on how its their policy not to waive the fee. She didn't even want to hear about it. My Mom and I were pretty shocked. I mean, I've been a loyal customer for 13 YEARS, and they wouldn't waive a $20 fee for me. So, I calculated than in 13 years, I might have given T-Mobile between $15,000-$20,000. And they were going to draw the line at a $20 service fee for a phone less than a year old, that was defective when they sold it to me. So Mom and went straight to Verizon. For almost the same exact monthly bill, I could switch to Verizon AND they would buy out my phone, giving me a FREE new one! Then the Store Manager at Verizon had me pull up a Speed Test app, and we compared. His Verizon 5G download speed was 700+. My T-Mobile speed was only 400+. 700 is amazing. 400 is average, at best. And Verizon has more towers than T-Mobile. AND way better customer service. So now I, my Mom and my sister are all going to get an group rate at Verizon. Switching over also comes with a bunch of extra perks. Without this one terrible store manager at T-Mobile, I probably never even would have gone into Verizon. Now all 3 of us are glad I did. One star rating is minimum I can give. Another star for all the years I spent with them. And that's being generous. Goodbye T-Mobile, I'd say I'll miss you, but clearly, I won't. read more

Wasn't greeted, the person who asked what I needed walked away towards to back of the store and didn't help me. Few minutes later, a worker walked away from their current customer just to rush me out the door. Didn't even bother to open my account. Why work for a place and not work? Why ask what you can help me with when you walk away or rush me out? Sad excuse for a store. read more

I'd like to start off saying I usually don't complain. I feel T-Mobile could be a fantastic server but the employees at this location are so incompetent. Not only when I signed up for T-Mobile at this location I was promised many things whom Jared the salesman failed to put into the computer. Then after getting it fixed by customer service I had to yet again had to call to this location to ask about a thing I was promised for and instead of giving me the right information they thought would be funny to send me to customer service and three different people in the store than to send me back to customer service. After hearing laughter from the second young women I talk with while talking with John I decided I would rather call people who prided themself in their job instead of finding it amusing to give someone the runaround. Wow, what a horrible experience. I went to the store to purchase a tablet with a pay-as-you-go function for my wife for a Christmas present. The sales person, Juan, was very helpful and explained how the bandwidth worked based on how much money you spent for the month. I decided to buy the Spingboard for approximately $400 and asked about their buyers remorse policy. He stated that I could return within 30 days no questions asked but I had to activate the device so I had to buy a one month subscription that was not refundable. I asked if there were any other costs and he said no. I decided to get it. My wife wasn't excited about it due to the numerous problems we have on our family plan and coverage. One year left on a horrible relationship. Went in to return and the young lady was nice until I told her that I wanted to return the device. As she was pulling up the account, Juan was being very condescending to other customer on the phone right next to us and the customer hung up on him. The young lady started talking to Juan in Spanish about my return, I hate when people do that. Anyway. As she was processing the return, I noticed a charge for restocking came up on the display and I quickly told her that I was not going to pay $75 for restocking and she assured that I wouldn't. She needed assistance from Juan and he said that there was a $75 fee. I politely told him that he did not disclose that when I purchased it and that I wasn't going to pay. He abruptly stated that it was store policy and that they did not had to disclose it. My wife behind me said this is why I don't like t-mobile, hey always screw you. Juan said that he would check with his manager and went to the back and quickly said that they were going to charge me the $75 because it was store policy. I asked to speak to the manager and another man came out and started typing on the register. He looked at me and asked how I was doing? I calmly said fine, how are you and he said fine and walked away. The young lady said that the restocking fee was waived and we left. I will never go back or buy another thing from t-mobile. read more

This is the best T-Mobile store I have been to. No matter how busy or how slow I'm always greeted with a smile and top notch customer service, no matter who helps me!! I appreciate their attitudes and customer service approach a much that I sometimes stop in just to say HI and thank you!! Other stores should take lessons from this location!! read more

Came in to upgrade a phone on an account after doing the same transaction the day before. Nicholas, our ever dour sales associate, could not be motivated to do his job. After nonchalantly going through the motions, he proceeds to try to convince my 65 year old mother she should sell her phone on Craigslist instead of just trading it in, it's apparently too much work for him. Then, he tries to charge me more than I was charged yesterday for the same exact phone on the same account. After saying that the extra fee is for transferring the account and setting up the phone, he has the audacity to try and hand my mother the phone to go home and set up the phone. When she looks at him quizzically, he asks her if she wanted him to do the setup and transfer the sim. To recap, he charged her for setup, and then proceeds to act like it isn't his job to setup her phone. I've never come into this branch and been charged to swap a SIM card and then have the associate just give me the equipment to do myself. Nicholas, try to be a little more engaged, or maybe become a janitor, your customer service skills are in the toilet already. read more
