If you are a new or existing customer be sure and read your contract and make sure your money is going to what your buying. Manager conveniently made a mistake of $200 which in turn after I made a large payment to payoff a new phone, still cost me a month. Beware how after the manager sells to you, he disappears and sends one of his young girls out to finish up with you. Asked for the manager? Oh, I'm sorry, he's not available. The place has young employees which act like a bunch of high school kids playing around and the so called manager feeds into it. Very different group that 2 years ago when I first signed up for service. Not very professional and I don't see how corporate is allowing this place to be ran the way it is. read more

I transferred from being a Verizon customer for almost 20 years. The people here were great. They made the transition very easy.

After paying $170+ monthly at Verizon, we decided that we no longer need their far-ranging service (Ideal for people who camp in hard to reach localities.) We went to T-Mobile today and after an extremely short wait, we were helped by Brenna. Oh my goodness!! She really knows her stuff, was practical and definitely streamlined our service/sale. She was pleasant and polite. We're now paying over $70 less a month and walked out with a $400 rebate that she found for us AND we kept our same phones! We were extremely impressed! read more

I must rave over the employees at T Mobile in Seneca. We drove all the way from the North Carolina mountains to Seneca, SC intending to purchase a new phone and to add my husband to my Sprint/ T Mobile plan. Sprint had provided excellent reception in the mountains, but my husband's coverage with another carrier had been spotty. And of course his phone was a well worn antique! Two employees there, Shanda (the manager) and Courtnay were so pleasant and so patient. Due to Covid, Social distances were marked well on the floor of the very clean store. When we arrived they were working hard with three customers, giving us time to look at the new phones and protective covers. They acknowledged us and assured us they would be with us shortly, and they were. Both ladies worked independently, but when needed they would exchange places, like well trained athletes, rotating in and out with calm, experienced talent. Their patience with the earlier clients and with us was really amazing. Oh, I failed to mention we are serious senior-senior citizens with limited gadget knowledge, so the patience, skill and kindness of these ladies was such a pleasure. Living high in the mountains makes traveling for specific vendors a must. I must say this trip to T Mobile in Seneca will be remembered by the excellence in two kind and bright employees!
