My internet has been out for a month now, the website said my account was suspended. When I called Terry to get the situation figured out, it took a week before I even talked to him, then it was very brief he said he knew what the problem was and would fix it, then I never got it fixed and never heard back from him again for weeks. They tried to take my auto payment out again (after not having internet for a month) so I decided to try and get in contact with him again. I actually managed to talk to him this time, I told him I was upset and felt ignored, and his response was simply "you weren't ignored" and "what do you expect me to do about it, it's not my company", but he is literally the only person listed to be able to contact. Terry basically thought I had no reason to be upset, but when I pay for a service and do get the service, I feel like I have been scammed and stolen from. Please stay away from The Breeze TV/Starlinks TV or you'll probably be ripped off.

I have had servicemen come who honestly didn't seem to know that much, and occasionally I've had to call back. The people in the office here in Searcy are always friendly, but you cannot call them directly to discuss anything -- they can't answer the phone. You have to call the main office. Most of those people are nice, but some of them you cannot understand very well. If your service goes out on a weekend, you are stuck until a weekday. They also provide internet service, but I do not use it. The last that I knew (and it could be different now), if you lost your internet during the night-time hours, you were sunk until the next morning -- no one to call at night. My job is doing from home via internet, so I cannot have a service that you can't reach someone at night. If you are wondering why I don't use Dish/Direct, not too fond of them either.

I believe there are enough heartache and restrictions for TDCJ families to endure this "automated insult" to disconnect a call to impress their vendor but take no consideration of their actual customer. It is both rude and inhumane. You would think that the profit lost from such a defective program would restrict company income. I want to remind CenturyLink that 95% of inmates are eventually released and that we will always remember that companies that don't place customer service first will eventually fail.
