I've been with T-Mobile for over 2 decades, and customer service on the phone as well as in store was pretty solid, very good in my opinion Until recently? You must improve on who you put in management to run and communicate with the customers. The T-Mobile store on White Bluff and Abacorn in Savannah. The manager I'm not sure of her name , but I was told it could have been a Ms. Sloan , if that's the case she's was very rude and viciously nasty, I'm sure this is not the first time she received a complaint. We had run ins before I came back after 3 months back to Tmobile recently. The manager lack there of being professional by telling me the customer that I must you've been here a lot. I took offense to that statement she made, and told that was very unprofessional by her her assistant manager, prior customer sales support me 2 phones and needed some answers on problems I incurred. That's not the worse, that same manager on Thursday June 4 saw me come in the store and I waited my turn to be looked over on purpose by her, when I made a statement saying excuse me, I was here before them , and she went on to make a loud outburst about me not supposed to be there, unbeknowed to me, I say why, and she said because she is the manager and she said so. Shortly after in front of approximately 20 people witnessed that including children, she totally devasted me, out of no where she CALLED ME, A SEX PREDATOR, demoralizing me in front of the customers and said she was gonna call the police on me and I told her to call them. But shortly after I left to go to the Victory Dr store, because I did not want and problems. The Victory store made me feel welcomed and took care of my small service sitation, by just putting a new sim card in my phone. I stopped in to switch over from an old phone that was damaged to a new phone That came to me in the mail from an insurance claim. This isn't work where they make a lot of money so I would expect that a place would be a little slow to help. This store is not that way, I enjoyed my visit and would recommend you come back and talk to JC. I saw the other reviews weren't that good for this location, so I can just tell you about my visit and the person that helped me. The best part about how awesome my service was, was that as soon as I was done and I walked out, JC walked out to leave. That tells you that I was the last customer Of the day that he was helping and yet he still gave me really good service and did not make me feel like he was in a rush. I still purchased a couple of accessories as I know that that is something that they need for their performance , I also could always use another rapid charger. Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The associate wanted to start my transaction before finishing the previous one. She asked me for my phone number while working with another customer and went to write it on a post-it note. She all but called me stupid because of the type of phone I wanted to purchase then chucked with her associate about it. Make sure the employees know the policies so talk to multiple people. I transferred over from Verizon and was told my phone would be paid off what they failed to tell me was only if you have had the phone for longer than three months so now I have a 1005 bill from Verizon and t mobile told me oops sorry they can't do anything about it.. I assuming because I had already switched over and they where not trying to get my services. 1000 I cannot pay lump sum due to an incompetent employee. read more

Great staff. Great environment. I'm not sure what the other comments were about but i'm pretty sure it was the customers fault. I've sat here and watched the professionalism out of everyone in this store after being yelled at an ridiculed for things that was none of their fault. And still tried there best to help the irate jackasses for customers that were here. I've never seen someone as calm cool and collected as the Manager Jee. But he'll definitely deserves a raise! Do not go here. Go to the other abercorn location or the one by the Tanger mall. I went in to upgrade my phone, basically keep the same number & get a new phone. the lady who was helping me lied to me and did the opposite, gave me a new line and number and didn't close the old one. 2hrs later with T-Mobile over the phone support got it all straightened out. I think i was just a victim of racism. When into t-mobile to make a payment, like i have been since 2001. But this store has gotten worst over time. The old crew was moved to the Mall. This crew could care less unless your black. Thats right i said it. So i walk in and three employees are working with customers, and no one said anything to me when i walked in, i am white. All three employees are black, as well as the customers. After several minutes a black guy walks in and before his butt hit the chair he was greeted with a hello and i will be with you in a few minutes. So now one of the customers was finished and i walked up to make a payment, not even 10 seconds and the door which is only for employees opens and a black lady walks out greets the black man who walked in after me, with a smile, and proceeds to help him. Well guess I will have to go somewhere else, because i will not be subjected to this form of racism. read more

I made a new Yelp account to protect my identity in giving this review. Came in to this location to switch my phone to a different model. Location was well kept and a little busy. There was one guy that stood by the entrance that looked like security, but I didn't bother to find out. One lady that worked here had a very sweet voice and was very welcoming. I wish I had been able to work with her instead of Edward. Edward made the visit extremely sour. He was rude, impatient, and condescending. Initially, I was shocked and wondered if he was either having a bad day or if I had been unknowingly rude towards him. That was until I saw the other Yelp review on this location that also complained about Edward. I was extremely dissatisfied with his lack of customer service. He pushed me into options I was not comfortable with and belittled me. Because of his rude behaviour, I was relieved to be out of there. I will be contacting corporate Tmobile to express my further dissatisfaction with his behaviour. He was THAT bad. I was already dissatisfied with Tmobiles service and thanks to Tmobile associate Edward, I was convinced I should switch to another carrier. I did indeed decide to switch to AT&T and I have NEVER encountered an associate a fraction as bad as Edward. If this location knows what's good for them and the company, they would have never even hired him. I am a way happier customer at AT&T and will continue to remember Edward as the representative of Tmobile. I would give 0 stars if I could. Any Tmobile customers that are thinking about visiting this location, make sure Edward isn't there or you are helped by someone other than Edward if you want excellent customer service. If you feel like experiencing the worst of what customer service has to offer, feel free to use Edward. Edit: I had personal complaints against Edward. I forgot to add more information. I witnessed a timid teenager asking a Tmobile employee the prices of phone plans because he looked obviously interested in purchasing them for himself. The employee was very helpful. Edward turned his attention to their conversation and kept shaking his head in disapproval. When the boy left, Edward began to scorn the kid to his coworker, talking about how the kid would never be able to afford anything in this store. I was apalled. I would have confronted him on his rude behaviour if I wasn't so eager to just leave the store and be done with it. You, sir, need some serious help. read more

I went in with every intention of leaving verizon and switching to T- Mobile but from the time I entered the store I was ignored. The only time I was recognized was when I picked up a display phone and the alarm went off. Then I was "jokingly " accused off trying to steal the phone. Well to hell with you T- Mobile and your funky ass store and old overly expensive phones. And the same to your sorry ass associate Edward who couldn't or Just didn't bother to convert a sure thing instead pushed me back to another overly expensive provider. If I could give this store zero stars I would. We visited close to closing time Friday night and decided we would return Saturday when we had more time to get service activated for FOUR new lines. Friday night they allowed my seven year old to use their restroom, no problem. Saturday night, we returned. After being there nearly an hour, my three year old had to use the bathroom. All the sudden, we were told we couldn't use the bathroom. I totally understand if that is their policy, but they need to train their employees in what the rules are so the entire crew knows. And if you're going to make customers wait nearly an hour, you need to provide a public restroom so families have somewhere to take their child to relieve themselves. What's worse, when I expressed my displeasure with how it was handled Friday night versus Saturday night, I got an uppity smart-mouth reply. I'll make it my mission to find out next week if that store is independently owned and operated and if so, I'll make sure the owner knows they let $600 walk out the door over their wishy-washy policy and how abhorrently their employees acted in response. I was already not 100% comfortable switching from Verizon to T-Mobile due to reports of less-than-adequate coverage. However I was willing to give them the 14 days they promised.
