    Went into T- Mobile to add my mom as a third line to my account. The store was closing in 45 mins…read moreso i had prepared myself that we might have to try another day. However, we were met by the sweetest customer service agent, with the kindest smile, AJ. She listened attentively to our needs, gave us the pricing and logistical layout of what needed to happen for my mom to switch. She had us make a call to the other phone company to get her account and transfer pin and things were moving along. She walked us through what needed to happen then executed the transaction with efficiency even offering her promos we didn't know existed and staying past closing time. The entire thing took about an hour but she was through and checked to make sure everything was working before we left. AJ is a rockstar and I can't recommend her enough.

    Wow! WORST EMPLOYEE award goes to Samantha the store manager…read more Yesterday I went into the store to get an Apple Watch. If you walk in to your right, you will see the S9 45 mm and the S9 41 mm displayed. my point in going to the store was to see which one would fit my wrist. The store manager Samantha came over. She reached over and measured my face and recommended the smaller one and I agreed and pointed to the 41mm and said "let's go for it". She went to the back for about 20 minutes to go look for it when she came back I was checked out by a store representative who confirmed my phone number and nothing else. I took my watch home, and upon opening it, I realize they gave me SE 44MM. The store was only about 10 minutes walking so I went back when I got there the manager wouldn't even acknowledge me. She said another representative to deal with the mistake that she had made. Priya was very nice and obviously uncomfortable that her store manager Samantha put her in this position. Then Samantha told the young lady that she would not accept the return, and if she did, I would have to pay a restocking fee, even though I had to device for less than 30 minutes. Long story short, I have to call customer service and after an hour of them fighting and threatening her job is when I finally got my refund. If she was nice and respectful, I would've been more than happy to have them re-order another one. I am a human being and I understand that mistakes happen but what you're not about to do is ignore me and look at me like I'm some piece of crap that doesn't deserve you the time of your day. You even took me out of my character by forcing me to file a very detailed complaint about you. And the customer service guy was suspicious that you lied about your name and asked me to confirm so when you told him your name was Kaila I definitely made sure I corrected them and told them that you are Samantha the store manager
