    Atrocious store with a miserable customer experience. I had a replacement phone to pick up, and the…read morerepresentative kept insisting we owed them money. We did not. She then shrugged and said to talk to her manager, Abiud, and did not engage with us further. The manager throws himself next to us, makes no conversation, and denies my request. Even though it was cleared by T Mobile and I was only there to pick it up. When I asked him to help me repair my phone, he shrugged and said I had to go through insurance, but that he couldn't help me with that either. When I expressed my frustration, he sucked his teeth and said, "I'm getting screwed here too, lady." Excuse me? Helping a customer with a cleared and approved repair is "getting screwed"? When you held my replacement phone hostage? AVOID AVOID AVOID. If you are not buying a device and the mediocre employees can't make commission off of you, they'll just do everything in their power to be as unhelpful as possible. Stop acting like your only job is selling phones. You aren't a salesman, you're a customer service rep. Act like it.

    Sold us a new iPhone with a cracked case. Sales Rep did not open the box in front of my daughter…read more She just placed the phone on the counter and went off to help other customers. Noticed the crack that night and contacted the store the very next day and was told that it wasn't broken when we took possession of if. The sales rep was very rude and told my daughter that she shouldn't worry about it because her Dad was paying for it. I contacted the customer service line and they stated they would take the phone back and give my daughter a new one. The rep noted that account and stated my daughter would have no problems getting the phone changed with no charges. The store did not honor that agreement and was once again rude to my daughter. I contacted Customer service again and they told me to go to a different store but we had the same result. The store manager said he would have a high-level company manager contact me but no one ever called. Now I need to make my first payment on a defective phone. You better check your equipment very well before leaving the store or you will be stuck with defective equipment. I spend approx $4000 per year with T-Mobile. I will be moving away from them.

    From my first contact with Keston, the brains behind Krossover Networking & AV, I knew he was…read morediligent and hard working! He came in less than 24 hours after first contact, to determine the job desired. He listened to and applied all details specified. Before the end of the day he emailed written, detailed bill of explanation for the job.  He is extremely professional how he handles the steps to determine if you want to use him for your needed work. He has insurance and that was important in making choice. Once I confirmed desire to do business with him it took us awhile to schedule the day he would return, but this was all fine because he met my needs and again he worked with me.  The day he came to install security camera system and ring system he was on time and punctual! His work ethic is very strong.  He worked independently until a helper came. His helper or partner is nice but Keston is the brains and definitely more conscientious.  If you have little to no experience with apps and computer functions you need to be aware to get his attention. I say this because I identified a few details after they were done and I required more instruction and assistance.  Once Keston realized I needed more attention he provided it and additionally fixed my concerns.  I required more equipment and he came the following day with it and installed it.  I didn't mind and respected Keston's ethic and that he knew exactly what was needed! Unfortunately, the ring system malfunctioned and needs to be replaced.  As soon as the replacement is obtained he will return and install.  I am very pleased with work overall. I am giving 5 stars but I would give 4.8 if I could because Keston's helper lacked the detail and consideration I expect.  I like all booklets that come with my systems and he disposed without asking me, this bothered me. Regardless of this minor detail, I plan on using Keston for future work.
