On the day of the job he arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. I had work to do in the other room and he didn't bother me once. He called me in a little while later and the TV was securely mounted. It was my fault that I never went to see what he was doing - I told him I would've preferred the TV to be mounted a few inches higher. Well guess what, Anthony said no problem at all and he re-mounted it a few inches higher. I couldn't be happier with Anthony's work. Bravo! Highly recommend.

The process went like this: 1) Very clear initial communication. Kevin made sure that everything would be ready to go when he arrived to do the job so that he is not wasting his or your time and money. 2) Was not sure what to get but Kevin provided a clear shopping list of materials needed that were easy to procure... I believe the only thing I did have to begin with was the projector which we bought before contacting him. 3) Day of install Kevin showed up and worked quickly and efficiently (with great vibe too!), to get everything done. Was impressed with how clean he was able to make everything look because we had to run some cables for audio etc... over a pretty significant amount of wall space. Was definitely happy to have hired Kevin for the job because the resulting setup worked and looked great. If I had attempted to do this myself I'm sure it would have been a mess. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner.
