If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you have any option to go anywhere else then you 100% should. I went here on a Wednesday afternoon, there were no other customers in the office, but for some reason it took about 15 minutes for someone to come out and help me because the front desk was empty. My job had booked me 2 appointments to get fingerprinting done, and while I was there one of the appointments disappeared and was no longer visible. I contacted my job and they told me they did not cancel the appointment or do anything on their end. Instead of offering to help or trying to help me find a solution, the person working at the time looked at me and said "that's not on me, it's your jobs fault, your appointment's canceled." I was already 10 minutes early to my first appointment, so there was time to schedule and do another one, but the worker refused and kept brushing me off and trying to get me out of there. This office is quick with their work, but it's just to get you in and out. If you have an option to go anywhere else, you should. read more

I walked into one of their Suffolk county locations and had to wait while they reset their system which is fine. Things happen. But no greetings no thank you and refusal to answer any questions. I had a simple question but couldn't complete the sentence because he said I know nothing And turned away. The treatment of their customers is not up to par. Place was empty I was leaving as another guy walked in -his appointment was for tomorrow and he just asked if there is a chance of being helped since he was there already. Response was your time and date of your appointment is tomorrow that's when you can come in. Just zero expression and could care less. I have a firm with over 86 people that need the exact same service. I went in first but after my experience I am having my office set the others up at a different company. Had to go here this afternoon to get fingerprinted for a new job. The woman at the front desk (who also did my fingerprints) very obviously did not want to be there and told me that they could only do one set of fingerprints because the other machine shut off at 5 - meanwhile my appointment was for 4:40 and I arrived on time. Not sure why I'd be given the option to make an appointment at a time that I couldn't receive what I needed at that time. Was finished and walking to my car at 4:53 so I'm not sure why I wasn't able to do the other fingerprints. Just overall very unprofessional and and the staff I encountered were cold and very clearly did not want to be there. Hopefully the Hicksville location is better because this was very unpleasant. read more

The process was quick but the Worker ( a gentleman, did not provide name) was not very good at customer service. He was sarcastic in his response and seemed to not want to be bothered with answering simple questions. He seemed put off and assumed everyone should know the answer to his job. I guess customer service is dead as people do not want to take the time to converse and explain situations. read more

Easy to make appointment for digital fingerprints. Polite front desk personnel. In and out quick. Very sanitary.

Had my son's fingerprinting processed for a new job. Appt was at 10am and was out by 10:10am. Fast service and very polite was the young lady who processed him. Highly recommended if you ever need to get fingerprints processed! read more

I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was expecting the procedure to be a huge hassle and to my delight it was a breeze.

Very quick, very nice people, and I was in & out in a matter of minutes!! Ask for Carver if you need finger printing done. He's very nice and doesn't squeeze the life out of your hands lol. read more

At the Hempstead Location I came to the office at 10:10 in the morning and there was a sign posted on the door that said their systems were down and you would either have to wait without knowing how long the wait would be or call number to reschedule your appointment what bothered me the most about this was they didn't think it necessary to send out an email to everyone who scheduled an appointment that day saying that their systems were down instead of letting everyone travel to the physical location waste their time gas money and Rescheduling their day around their appointment instead they posted a sign very disappointed. read more

Went there in person with the form I got from the employer plus my ID and they wouldn't take me. There was NOBODY there except the girl at the reception desk. I understand it is the Friday before a long Holiday but their log book showed one appointment at 1:30 and the next at 2:30 and it was 2:40 and NOBODY else was there. The girl was telling me I have to make an appointment online or call. So I said well, if I CALL YOU can I have an appointment since I am here and you aren't supposed to close until 6. She said we don't do scheduling here. I said can YOU LOOK at your appointments for this afternoon - or even tomorrow and tell me? She said I can't you have to look online. Seriously. In the time it took her to give me a phone number - the whole process could have been done. She was beyond hopeless. And this entire time, the waiting room is empty and nobody came in or went out. It is already nerve wracking having to give up your private information AND fingerprints to this French company conglomerate - but when the people who work there inspire zero trust - you REALLY do not want to use them. So apparently, they refuse - outright - to take walkins. Plus, their website tells you to park in the Burger King parking lot which they say is 2 blocks away. It is more like 4 blocks depending where you park. The neighborhood is dicey. And you will be leaving your car in a parking lot where you be smelling the pot and alcohol from people just loitering around the parking lot. The other negative is none of the locations offer direct telephone numbers so you can't even reach a live person. Must be really cheap because I can't imagine why NYS would otherwise be using this company to process such confidential employee info. If - you are lucky enough - to actually find a location that WILL process it - even when you are standing there in front of them and nobody else is there. read more
