Response was your time and date of your appointment is tomorrow that's when you can come in. Just zero expression and could care less. I have a firm with over 86 people that need the exact same service. I went in first but after my experience I am having my office set the others up at a different company. Got my prints done and I sent the finger print cards to my future employer. Only to find out the scanned prints were of very poor quality and I would have to redo them. This company would not heed my request to go another location to redo the finger prints on the FD-258 cards provided by my employer or to refund my money. Please note the FD-258 cards provided by these guys are not equivalent to the original ones. Avoid this place at all cost.
