this is the worst tmobile i have ever been to. the unprofessionalism was astounding; one girl was extremely disrespectful and the other had no idea what was going on. after standing in there for 2 hours and handing over $1000 so i can switch my phone they told me they cant do anything without the manager. was promised if i came back the next day, they would do it. i go back the next day and the manager isnt there and told me they once again cant help me. was told to go to the tmobile at smithhaven mall which i did do and they were actually able to help and it went much smoother and efficiently. i shouldve went there from the start as apparently you cant even switch your phone at this one as only one person in the entire store is actually authorized to do anything. the thing that really unsettled me most of all was the girl jumping down my throat and giving a nasty attitude after i asked a question to the one who had no idea what was going on and after arguing outside of the store for half an hour with someone decides to catch an attitude and jump in answering a question she wasnt even present for therefore not answering my question at all. this store needs to be shut down like everything else has been in that shopping center. read more

Seriously amazing. The transition was smooth from our old carrier and the cell service is as good or better than the other guys.

I went to this store after going to two other T Mobile stores. The other two stores the staff was extremely unhelpful. I actually walked out of them. I read the reviews regarding this store and decided to give it a shot. I can't say enough about Sam who was so polite and kind and very very helpful and patient. I have been an At&T customer for as long as I can remember. I go this place to finally getting a different company and its just lies after lies. First I'm told no money down and now I have to put 190$ down. Then Im told I can have free Netflix but when I start working the deal and on the phone with my cell phone company to start the process he tells me oh I forgot you won't get the Netflix. I have never been so angry with a company before. What kind of company employees a person so sneaky. He didn't want to make it right. He let me walk out the door. Terrible customer service which prob means terrible cell phone service as well. I will do my best to spread the bad word about TMobile anyway I can. Thank you for wasting my time. read more

The worst experience ever!!!!! I was told by the store and by the 800 # that I would be able to use my Verizon phones with t-mobile. They issued me 3 sim cards for my family. I only had them activate one phone so that I could be sure my phone would work as promised but they charged me to activate all 3. I went back to the store multiple times in 2 days so that they could work on my phone settings because my phone was getting intermittent service. They finally said my phone was not able to be used and offered to sell me two new phones at a great discount. I left to do some research. After hours of online research we decided to take the deal offered. I went to the store to accept the offer and he told me he quoted the price for the wrong phone and would not be able to give me the phones promised. I advised I would not be able to pay a higher bill so I would have to go back to my original phone carrier. They stated they could not refund the 80.00 activation fee. I said they made promises they could could not keep and I only had one phone activated. When they refused to give me my money back I called the 800 number. I spoke to a representative and then her manager twice. The end result was that they couldn't help me. It was a store issue. I have never been treated so poorly from a company. T-Mobile is a giant scam. They wasted my time for 3 days and stole 80.00 from me. Beware of Rahul...he is a scammer!!! read more
