TERRIBLE experience! I would not recommend! Salespeople tell you that everything is tested before it goes to the sales floor. That is a lie! I purchased a stereo system and when I got it home it would not play a cd, I could not get an am/fm station to come in because it didn't come with an antenna and the docking station was falling apart. "Get the hell out of my store!!" - a manager saying that to a 65-yo, a student, and a disabled person! (Nov. 23, 2024 - around 6 pm). When the manager is the worst and the employee should be the manager. Ahmed is an employee in this store and, few days ago, he helped me greatly with our t mobile needs. We came tonight with the frustration that we are being billed more than usual and the manager was there at that time. I explained my frustration and he asked that we call 611. I agreed and I asked him if we can be in the store so they have some sort of correlation's along the call. He showed a rude attitude and kept saying "I can't help with anything!" I said "I know. that's okay!" A good manager would say "that's alright, you're welcome to stay until things are sorted" with a smile and a good attitude. Yet he didn't. Mind you, I was with my 65-yo father and my disabled brother. I started calling 611 and I asked my father to get something from the car. With the rudest behavior ever, he said not to "keep going back and forth into the store". I asked him to be more polite and that I didn't appreciate his tone. "Get the hell out of my store!" He replied. My father and I asked for his name but he kept refusing. My father was about to call the police but I told him not. We walked out and immediately filed a complaint against him through T mobile customer service. I'm grateful for the person who was with me on the phone who helped me sort out my issues. And I'm also grateful for Ahmed. I look forward to knowing that T mobile took serious actions towards this rude, misbehaving manager. read more

Constant overcharging of equipment. But they will not refund, only credit your bill. That kept me with them for a long time after each credit. The Manager at this store will go to the back room when there are issues. I assume because she does not want to deal with customer issues. She is a very unhappy person to be leading a store of constant new employees. read more

I stopped by today because I was considering switching carriers to T-Mobile. Upon entering, I noticed all 3 employees were busy. I found a bench and waited there with my 5 year old son. I waited over 10 minutes, but was never even acknowledged, nor did I receive an apology for the delay, nor a thanks for my patience. As I was leaving, the employees did not even seem to care that a potential customer walked out. I do not recommend this location, and hope this is not representative how T-Mobile trains their employees in general. read more

My boyfriend and I visited so that I could be added to his line ONLY because I wanted WiFi calling and my current carrier doesn't support it. Only one of us was allowed in the store at a time. The clerk assured us that my phone would have WiFi calling even though we live in a rural spot. We asked several times, and he said it would be fine. Now I can neither call nor text. We made an appointment online, went to the store, and it was closed "for cleaning". I would not recommend this store or TMobile and am going to go back to Cricket. I would rather be able to at least text than nothing. VERY disappointed. read more

when we lived in Viola Mn. on or about 6/15/2017 we purchased t mobiles service ,at store #543. My wife traded her apple I phone 6 s plus for their Samsung galaxy s-8 plus.. And we paid an additional fee. After 2 weeks of no WIFI at our house and my wife never having signal on her phone I went to talk with Adam about the problem and he suggested a booster box . T mobile sent the booster box to our winter home in Vidor Tx.. when our service agreement was for Viola Mn. On or about 6/26/2017 I told Adam we still haven't received our booster box and he discovered it was sent to Vidor Texas by mistake but they would overnight a different one to our Viola home . The next day when I received the booster box ,I installed it and still no WIFI . I went back to talk with Adam and asked for my wifes I phone back and I would give him back all their equipment and pay for any time we had even though we received no service ,Adam informed me that they no longer had the I phone but T Mobile would send us a check for the trade in value ..We never received that check .. On or about 10/13/2017 T mobile tried to bill me 329.00 for the first booster box that they sent to Vidor Tx..I called and explained to Adam that the first booster box was in all the garbage from Hurricane Harvey which flooded our neighborhood while we were still in Mn. After much discussion between Adam ,Customer Service and myself I was told they would excuse the charge ..Now almost 2 years later T Mobile hits my credit report with a delinquent account so I contact Adam again and he tells me he remembers the ordeal but he can not help me in any way ,he is just in charge of sales .. I've had TMobile for a few years I go to the crossroads location.actually haven't been back since last time.im disabled and the guy was rude and condescending because my bill was due.as soon as my phones are paid off I'm done with TMobile .Obviously this guy missed the diversity training course.on. The other hand the guy who helped me that day after I was arguing with the first guy he was 5 stats all the way he had me out the door in no time.consistency in employees is key to success.if I'm not mistaken the guy who was rude and disrespectful seemed like he was a person of authority read more

I took my 88-year-old dad there to upgrade from a flip phone to an iPhone...he was going to use my old one. Adam, the manager, was so friendly and helpful. It was $25 to put in a new sim card, and even though we weren't going to purchase a new phone or new contract, he spent a lot of time with us. We had to go back later in the day when we had a voice mail problem, and he again spent a lot of time figuring out the problem and wanted to make sure it was right before we left. GREAT experience.
