There is constant noise that I have to call and report and they fix it for maybe six weeks and it starts over again - actually for all I know it might be six days or six hours! We use it so little I don't know when it starts. I just know when I need it, I can't hear anything! And trying to get a hold of a representative is near impossible. I've been sitting here for 15 minutes, trying to just pay my silly bill and it won't accept my digits electronically so put me on hold and no one comes. I hate century link! They should be paying us!
