I was so upset I left crying. The I got set up with T-mobile and the internet was terrible. (They have to many people on the tower) so I called AT&T because I was told there the only other company in Windsor. Will I explained to the guy I stream tv and use my laptop and phone. (I don't understand this stuff at all) he set me up with a Hotspot totally wrong for what I need! After less than 10 days I got a notification that all my GB was used up and it was going to cost another $10. So I canceled it right then and there! Then I went to a place where my T-mobile phone would work and looked up internet in Windsor. And found out that they have a big round white ball thing so I put it in the cart but did not check out so I could call and ask about it. The guy told me that they don't have service in my area and he sent my call to a lady who tried to get me to accept a dish on my house (not happening) so then a guy told me to try Brightspeed so I did and I set up a install the next week I got that stupid ball thing on my porch. So I called to send it back and was told to take it to CVS so I did then I got the same stupid box back the next week. So I called and they promised to send me a return slip in the mail but I never got it. After Christmas I was in Blue springs and saw a ups store and they took it and sent it to them. So then yesterday I checked my email and found they wanted $299 for my phone and hotspot that I had less than 10 days. So I paid it then the very next day I get confirmation that they got the $299 but they want a more money $178 now! That means they expect $477 for less then 10 days of service!?!?

I was told they had plenty but no max's. I said great I'll be in in 10 min. Got there to no one in the store but 4 employees sitting chatting at the center table. One kid approaches and asked if I was the man who called. I said yes, he said okay we just sold our last one.. I thought he was joking as he had "plenty." Even on a first come first serve you tellin me 0-10(plenty eatimate) people walked in and out and bought all the phones in the 10 min it took me to get there. FUCK NO. Here's the two options of what really happened: 1- this employee sucks at there job, didn't actually check stock when I called, and had to give me the unfortunate news, which is what it is if so but still yet possibly lying about selling the last one 2- given his 3 giggly and eye balling friends watching the convo behind him he lied to my face so he or his friends didn't have to do their jobs in the remaining 2.5 hrs of being open and accomplish making a sale. He then tried to charge me in which I said hell no, he says the part will be in Monday, I call Monday the part is there but he is not, I call the secretary and she says it will be ready by tomorrow. I call up on Tuesday and they ordered the wrong part. Do not trust these people they are only trying to get you to sign your phone over for the 30 day fixing period. Let me start off by telling you they don't even own a business location it's his guys basement in his house! Finally I get my pc and it's making a weird noise for a month I try to contact them nothing and then finally I find out that the fan of the water cooler is damaged most likely on installation and the fan blades are tearing off flying through the inside of my case! I had to pay for another part another tech to install it because when I reached out to them to try to replace the part for me they were unreachable I left voice mail I went to the website and left emails I even drove to the house/business and knocked on he door .
