These T-Mobile in-store representatives are rude as hell. For reference, it's 1 April 2023 and the time on deck is 12:43 PM - management look it up on the camera. I walked in. They gestured me to come over. As I'm standing in front of two individuals they carry on with a conversation about work schedule. What?! So I'm standing in front of these two looking like an idiot so now I'm sitting down waiting for someone to help me. At 1:02 PM, two customers walked in together. At 1:07 PM, someone came out from the back to help me. That's roughly 25-26 minutes, including me standing in front of the two individuals earlier. Do better. read more

This store does not care about customer service!! I had a Galaxy z4Flip that was to be replaced by warranty because it was a KNOWN DEFECT. Customer Care told the person working there to override the system and do it. The Manager (J) told the worker (I) not to do it. Then he came over to me and said he refused to do it no matter what customer Care said to do. This is NOT my first time with problems with this store. But I think these two don't need to work in customer service industry. read more

The guy identified himself as Eric. I think he's lying to me obviously big bully trying to intimidate women isn't a good look. I was polite when I walked up to the counter and he didn't even wanna look up my account. He just kept asking me what am I here for and then he can't help me. I said, why won't you look up my account I want to see what my plan has been changed to, Reluctantly, he started to look it up and then he said you know what, we're just done here and I didn't even say anything. Completely mental. I've been with T-Mobile for 12 years and I have never had a person overreact on every little thing. The reason why he said we're done here because my ID fell out of my wallet onto the table, and he completely overreacted and jumped back as if I threw it at him. I didn't even have control over the ID, it just fell on the table. I'm going to ask them to pull the security cameras and I'm going to file a claim against this location and I want out of my contract because, he asked me to leave the store and refused to do any business. If I can't do business, and these people wanna overreact on every little thing, it's just not going to work for me. He is literally the rudest person. T-Mobile did try to give me $70 off over mistake they made, which is the reason why I showed up in the first place, however, after going home and thinking about it I think I just wanna be done with this company. it's no wonder why everyone is leaving T-Mobile. read more

We were very frustrated after being ran to independence then smithville stores so went to raymore as the closest to home. Thank goodness we did Jeff and Nicole went out of there way to get things right. We had been with sprint 18 years and we're very frustrated getting run around with the merger. They got everything handled lowered our bill and got us new phones. They were extremely busy and understaffed but did there best and we certainly appreciate it!! We're T-Mobile loyal now and hope Nicole and Jeff receive great karma for the help they gave us and the rude/inconsiderate customers they delt with while we were there. The latest visit to the Raymore T-mobile store was less than impressive. The associates didn't really act as if they wanted to help us. We came to the store ready to make a purchase and walked away because we were so disappointed in the customer service. read more

I've always had an easy time with the guys that work here. Real people, very informational. Good customer service.

Things have changed. It appears they added more capacity, and now the service works fine. BTW, you will get much better service if you go to one of the retail outlets than if you try to work with their phone customer service. read more
