I love my T-Mobile service. Being able to use my phone when I travel is beautiful. Not having to pay extra for data internationally is even more amazing. I usually never do T-Mobile Tuesdays. (That's where you download the app for this customer appreciation program. Each week you get prizes or discounts). So this past Tuesday they were giving away umbrellas in participating store locations. Being in Florida and rain season motivated me to get a umbrella at lunch time. It's been awhile since I have gone inside a T-Mobile store, but the customer service was great. The two employees were assisting customers but acknowledged me right away. Brandon at this location helped me fix some problems on the account to my satisfaction so I appreciated that a lot. Otherwise, everyone is pretty friendly in this store and always looking to be helpful. They also deal with irate customers very professionally, so kudos. NOTE: Despite the friendliness and professionalism in this store, be aware that everything that isn't a phone/tablet is overpriced and they charge you $20 for "assisted support" when you can do it online for free. read more

T-Mobile Associate Dennis tried to "mansplain" to me that an iPhone 7 with 256GB has way too much memory for me and his condescending snicker has convinced me to buy my phone elsewhere. His actual quote "Hehe, uuhm, do you know how much 256GB is?! I mean, do you really need that?! Just sayin', I mean, I gotta ask...!" Dude, none of your business. Ask yourself why you just lost the sale and gave your location a bad review. read more

Unfortunately I can not remember their names but, I know the manager and others assisted me on my phone. They fixed the problem better then the apple support themselves. Within 10 minutes while dealing with apple it was a continuous 4 hours of not knowing and trying to get me off the line. Thank you to this professional and helping location. read more
