I could not get online or I could get online but could not get into my apps such as my banking app. Then they started charging me more without notice till I was paying $100 a month for pretty much no service. It is hard to get a hold of them. I cancelled today and for that offense I have an extra $100 in fees tacked onto my final bill. Biggest rip off I have ever seen. Stay away from this company. After this frontier sent out people to do tunnelling for the fiber to be run through (which we later found out was done incorrectly) and explained that after this was done someone else would come by to actually install the internet. After two weeks we had an appointment that canceled on us and then another one a week later that also cancelled on us so we were willing to give it one last shot before switching to another provider. Nolan ended up being our technician that was assigned to us this time and he went above and beyond to make sure everything would be installed correctly! During this process the frontier customer service was a nightmare to deal with, but if you're looking to get WiFi from frontier ask for Nolan because he will make sure the job gets done.
