It's 2014, and I find their email response times of 3+ days to be unacceptable. Then when I directly asked why it took so long to respond, I was told "Oh, I was out of the office for a few days..." So then when I mentioned that using the out of office assistant to send emails alerting people when you're out of the office might be a good idea, the story changed to "Oh, I was here, I've just been in meetings..." Ok... then you're either lazy, inept or a liar, none of which sends a positive message to your customers or potential clients... definite room for improvement here.

So this is kinda personal but...I buy all my underwear from AE. They have the absolute best men's…read moreboxer briefs. And of course the best clearance section around too. Which often has underwear on it. They've got a good eye on fashion but the styles and such are a bit more beachy and seem geared towards teens and 20-something college students. I gotta make sure I stick to my age group nowadays I guess. For the guys at least, there are lots of button downs, tees, jeans and hoodies. Belts, wallets, a few bracelets and hats. In the winter they always have some seriously fluffy and warm beanies and jackets. The ladies clothes are cute in my opinion too. I'd say y'all can't go wrong in shopping here. Prices aren't bad, a bit high. I'm totally willing to spend more money for quality underwear though. As we all should be. Now that AE is no more in South Park Mall, this one will be my location of choice.

The process of getting…read moreinto the store, so as to not let a large crowd of people in at once, was to let in a handful of people at a time as others departed. It was a pretty good process in place to keep order. Thanks hope they do have a good selection of discounted items, the only downside is that the sizes were literally all over the place. It was almost like trying to find a needle in a haystack and we were in there for quite a while. LOL! I have seen other outlet/factory stores in a much more organized fashion, so I think it can be improved upon. But that's my only downside to the store. It's a good-sized store and a vast selection for everyone. Parking isn't an issue at all, with an extremely large parking lot all around the outlet mall.

It is an outlet store so it is packed ALL the time and very understandably so. I was a little disappointed that a lot of items I wanted to purchase, they no longer had my size but wasn't much I could do. Hopefully they have better selections next time! My bf did find a nice windbreaker for both of us . They are black and with white drawstrings and they are so cute. They match my new Jordan's he just bought for me! I definitely recommend everyone go shop around if they need new Nike gear. I do suggest going during the week or later during the day if possible because the outlet does get busy and extremely crowded during the day.

They wanted to charge me $25 per Sim card on top of the 25 dollar activation fee, where as GameStop (not a store associated with my cell service) only charges 10 per card. It would've cost me $200 to activate 2 lines on phones that I'm bringing. The salespersons reasoning was that each cricket store is privately owned and the can charge whatever they want!!!!!! STAY AWAY FYI.. there was no listing on yelp for this location, so I went through the trouble to make this just to warn you!!!!!!!

I am reviewing the travel agent side of this business…read more I did not have a good experience using them as travel advisors. Admittedly they suggested good bars and restaurants, but aside from that, using them to book my 40th birthday trip was nothing like I had hoped. Communication was sparse and unclear. There were some extenuating circumstances that resulted in my agent having to change, and I was fully amenable to that and understood. But it was weeks of no contact, no confirmations, no forward progress or word on the status of my trip before this transfer of agents happened. This weeks-long delay resulted in higher flight costs and (as and I only found out today) the ONE excursion I was clear I really wanted to do, not being booked. And it was not even communicated that it was not booked. I requested they book me a train ride experience, but what was booked was a tour to watch the train go by. Not to ride it. I did not find out until the day-of that this was the case. Huge disappointment. But so many other things were wrong, in addition to this. The intinerary provided me cannot be trusted AT ALL. Examples - itinerary for first hotel said breakfast was bundled into the rate (I requested it to be,) but once I arrive I was informed at check-in that no, it was not booked to include breakfast. The second hotel on our itinerary said it was on Princes Street. But no, we walk there and find we have no reservation there. Turns out I am actually booked at their location on York Street. My city/hotel transfer day was booked to take place on my birthday, which I initially questioned, but ultimately accepted and did not ask them to change it, so I cannot knock them there - Only myself, for accepting this timeline. But the hotel location confusion resulted in a less than enjoyable birthday overall. They DID book my birthday dinner at a great restaurant, and THAT confirmation on the internet was actually correct. Giving credit where credit is due. Today was a Jacobite train disappointment. Next, our itinerary says our tour for tomorrow is "CONFIRMED" for 9:30am. But after all these prior inaccuracies I made sure to look ahead and open the tour ticket tonight - just in case - and see no, it's actually scheduled at 12:15pm. This is the first time we've ever used a travel agent. I'm still on this trip, and am beyond done with this so-called intinerary they've provided. I cannot trust anything it says. I have to confirm everything myself, directly from the source. Maybe that's on me, being naive and trusting want the agent tells me. I thought I could. If I can't, why do travel agents even exist? Basically all I paid for was a years worth of access to travel stress, confusion, miscommunication, apologies, and a few dining recommendations I likely could have just gotten from Google for free. My husband has two other international trips later this year we initially thought would go through Voyage by Wren, but after this experience he will be booking it all on his own instead. I recommend planning your trips yourselves before trying to plan anything special with Voyage by Wren
