I went in to upgrade my phone. The store manager was so unprofessional, that I ended up walking out. He cut me off when I asked him about the fact I have 3 lines and only use one. Instead of answering me, he asked for my ID. The store was empty and he treated me like I was wasting his time. Finally when he asked me if I was going to buy the device right out, I was done. I told him I was planning on financing it. He said "you will pay 225 today". I told him the site said "no money down". At most I've payed maybe 100. And instead of giving me options, he told outright I had to buy a bundle of accessories. I walked out. He was so rude to me, I just couldn't take it anymore. Worthless and a waste of time. While the rep at the store was friendly enough, they are unable to cancel service or take equipment back, so this is really a review for t-mobile overall which this store represents. Not only did t-mobile say they were going to cancel my service when I called, they said I could return the equipment to my local two. Two lies right there. I went to the store and the rep looked my account up and couldn't see it was canceled. Then they said they couldn't cancel service at the store or take the equipment back. More time wasted to call them back and hopefully cancel service. More time wasted brining my equipment somewhere to ship it. Avoid t-mobile. I get they don't want to make it easy to cancel - questionable ethics - they lie about it. read more

Went in to transfer numbers to an existing account and one of the workers was leaning on the counter with his pants hanging down practically to his knees. I was told they couldn't do anything and to call customer service. Very unprofessional kids working there. read more

My husband and I received an ad in the mail offering us a great deal on TMobile services in combination with our AAA memberships. We are both seniors over 60. After being AT&T customers for many years, we were a little hesitant, but the rates were so great we had to investigate. The staff at the T Mobile store in Olney were simply outstanding. Josh, in particular, took all the time needed to explain the different plans, the upgrades available to us and helped us make the switch. When he encountered an issue, his manager and other colleagues were quick to step in and assist. It's clear that the team of people working at this location support one another and that good feeling is passed on to the customer. Well done! The worse customer service. I am a new customer wanting to change my phone and service . No help what so ever the guy kept moving back and forth and seemed very nervous, which is fine but train your people better before putting them out on to the floor. Having purchased a new iphone as well as switching carriers FROM Verizon to T-Mobile, we had some major issues. (One phone was purchased in store and the other was purchased over the phone) We went to the Aspen Hill location and they were of no help so we went to the Olney location. Not only did Kojoe and Alex help to fix our issues, they certainly went above and beyond with bringing a solution to our issues. Both Alex and Kojoe went above and beyond in helping us; their knowledge with the phones and with T-Mobile customer service was amazing. (They stayed with us until they were 100% certain that our issues had been resolved with the online customer service.). In the beginning I was not at all satisfied with our switch to T-Mohile, but after our experience with Kojoe and Alex at the Olney location, I feel more at ease about our switch (Unfortunately when we purchased our 2nd phone, over the phone, there was a lot of information not given to us by the sales person; Alex and Kojoe got the entire 'mess' straightened out for us. Highly recommend these two and thoroughly appreciate their dedication to customer service. They rock!) read more

Stay away or go on you tube for help!!!! These guys are either lazy or very helpless. I have asked for help twice and both times they could not fix my phone. I ended up fixing my issues myself and I am not a techie, far from it. Don't they realize that a bill paying customer is paying their salary as well as a customer who purchases an item. Sales are only one part of Tmobile. Customer Service is more important; or are they that mindless. I am enraged!!!! read more
