Great service great plans great customer service superb . I went in with a big issue and they resolved it immediately.

on 3/3/22 4:20pm I went into mobile to purchase a phone upgrade for my daughter. My daughter was with me. She needed an upgrade before she left for bootcamp with the military. This location is the only one in our town and we have purchased from here several times with no problems until today. when we walked in, we the lady asked us if she could help, we stated we needed to upgrade her phone. she replied to what. I stated we were not positive yet. she replied well I need two know which one. then she went on to say that in order to buy a phone at this location we had to purchase a screen protector and a case. I explained we were not interested in the accessories as they were over priced and just needed the phone. she stated that we could not purchase a phone then. confused I asked her why as this is not mobiles policy, nor do they have this shown anywhere in the store that we had to do this. She stated well you can go to another store but we only sell as a bundle. I asked to speak with a manager, she stated she was it. I asked if anyone above her. she said I could come back in tomorrow she would be there then. she then proceed to snicker and giggle with her coworker. I immediately call T-mobile to question this. I stepped out side the store to speak to the representative who informed me that the store cannot force you to buy anything more than you want, and they would be filing a complaint with the store. while I was outside my daughter overheard the lady and her coworker taking and heard her threaten me. "she is lucky I kept my cool" I told my daughter to lets go, I was never once hostile, or rude. I kept my cool and was speaking respectfully. I will not tolerate being threatened. read more

I have not had the best experiences when it comes to cellular service. I left Verizon because of their poor service despite Theri superior coverage. I switched to T-Mobile but was still not impressed with their customer service phone line or chat option. I was regretting my change to Tmobile until I visited this store location . The staff was polite, helpful, and efficient. They seemed to actually enjoy assisting me. Their service gave me a renewed hope that Tmobile overall will improve if this store reflects their renewed business model. Thank you to the staff of this store for your help. read more
