Expect to pay regular full price for the books, but they have a lot of unusual items (ex. I saw Britney Spears Monopoly Game). There are random 'mystery boxes' for example you can get 50 cds/dvds if you are a gambler or just curious to see what you end up with. The store itself looks like it just popped up in the middle of a giant empty parking lot, so there's no shortage of parking spots.

The video game selection seems to be about the same as any other location, but I enjoy going to GameStops to check out what figurines or TCGs they have in stock and this one is kinda sub par. Pokemon TCGs are a hard commodity to find these days, but despite the little stock, the items they had were way over priced compared to what you can purchase online or based off market value if you check out TCGplayer. I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything when I walked in, so I'd say least the staff are friendly.

The price was a little over what you could get on eBay but my buddy was willing and we both like to support brick and mortar stores, so I picked it up. I paid for the game and the employee tried to create a generic case to swap out what I gave him. Upon telling him that I wanted the case he questioned if I would've bought the game if it didn't have the real case and I told him no as games on eBay are far cheaper without a case than you would get in a GameStop. He relented when I asked for a refund but asked me how I felt knowing that someone else after me would miss out on the case. Laughably rude. The manager is always the best part of this store, though!

The big black girl asked if the website sent me to the store. I said no and I could return online purchase before. She refused to take my return. So I came back home to go through the return process and printed out the return slip. I went back (two hours after my initial visit) and gave them the return slip. The big black girl still refused to accept the return and said that I had to go online to get a shipping label to ship it back. So I went to another GameStop and returned the items without any problem. Basically, this lazy GameStop employee didn't want to do her job and consistently to be an a***hole to customer. On my second trip, she was fairly rude to another customer as well. This is why GameStop is losing revenue. They hire crappy employees.

Purchased an Xbox series x (with a gamestop warranty) from this location recently, got home,…read moreunboxed and plugged in console, and figured out it was defective. I then called the store to inform them and ask my options. They instructed me to go to a local repair shop and pay to get it fixed even though I had purchased it within an hour of me calling. I explained that I paid for the year warranty and they still insisted there was nothing they could do. I then asked to speak to a manager and when the person on the phone explained the situation to him (which I heard her do because she didn't mute the phone) the manager replied with "tell him I'm not here". Very unprofessional and if you have anything you need to get from GameStop I recommend taking your business elsewhere
