Pretty disappointed in this Hobby Lobby. I went in for specific pictures and every single one was damaged. I was looking at 3 different wood pictures and everything on the shelf was chipped, scratched, or damaged beyond repair. While we were looking at one of them, an employee came by and walked right in front of us to put a few things away, without saying anything which we found quite rude. We did find a couple small things in the store to purchase and the employees that checked us out were nice. read more

Male curly haired employed needs to be fired. 20 person line, one register open. They finally opened another and he told everyone they could split into two lines but everyone was waiting where they were to see which line would go quicker. I politely let him know that's what we were doing and he ROLLED HIS EYES, shook his head, and muttered something under his breath. As if the customers were the issue here. Things happen, but there is no excuse for being that unprofessional when it was 100% the store's poor management. He also was going to let several people who walked up late to the party cut in line. Absolutely terrible, workers don't pay attention to where they put stuff and they act all innocent when misplacing something into another person's bag, I expected them to act more professional about the situation instead the lady just stupidly told us " I'm sorry". Their value in items is ridiculously expensive for a small item such as a pendant or a small ring. Their selections are poor and they don't have enough nice items such as a wide selection of lace and jewelry. This lady was recorded working at 4:48pm march 20 2025 she was slacked off. Not paying attention to where she put items, I was expecting a space-like pendant, her service was terrible!, she was a white woman with gingerish hair and bad skin, and I expected more. Her co-workers are in the same situation. She should be fired. read more

Came to look for a few things to do with my granddaughters over the summer since I've been the chosen one to babysit this summer(yeah). Found some great ideas for them to keep busy while I do my Yelp reviews (no, not really) .prices are fair but places like Five Below or Dollar tree have them best on certain things that are not bad to compare with. For the first time in years I waited to the last moment to complete my Christmas shopping. I knew I needed items from Hobby Lobby, but had a difficult time finding them among the massive crowds. Soon enough, I found an associate, "Kim" I believe it was, who navigated me through the entire store to find everything I needed. She was extremely kind and knew exactly where everything was. Great selection of goods...but coupons are NO longer allowed. Found online, at ckout ready to use...Melissa J was quick to be rude about it. It was the only reason we drove all the way over there. Take it DOWN online if y'all no longer do coupons. End of story. Don't be so ugly about it Melissa...the manager was just the same with attitude. Will certainly take our business elsewhere. I love this place isle and isle of nice items to give your home a face lift. Also arts and crafts. Beautiful flower arrangements and garlands of greenery to create your own masterpiece. A designer is on hand if you prefer to have an arrangement done. Furniture that look antique. So many different themes. Staff is helpful and willing to help. And there has always been enough check out registers when I shop here. Neat and clutter less. Make sure you go at a time when you can go down every isle. You won't want to miss a thing. read more

The biggest downfall of this company is the hours! This store closes the earliest out of any.., and if you work huge issue especially on holidays! I see less and less customers! Corporate needs a different strategy or they'll be the next toys r us sadly! read more

I love this location. It's very consistent with the layout of the one in Kennesaw, which I'm most familiar with. Stuff is always on sale, which is amazing. I'm for everything that has to do with arts and crafts. So it so easy for me to love this store. I hadn't been here in a long time so, I decided to go in to check them out around the Christmas holidays. I usually frequent Joann's. So it was a stretch for me to be here. The store is very organized and tidy. The store was very busy and many customers were loading up on great finds. This store has beautiful artwork, vases, statues, and various odds and ends for the home. Alot of the store was on a 50% discount, so you could find many great deals. But I did have two problems with this store. First, it's really hard to find art supplies and things you are looking for even though the aisles are visibally labeled. But it was still hard for me to locate certain things. I guess I'm just use to Joann's layout. But I did see some interesting art supplies. Secondly, the selection of fabrics was very bad. It was a very small selection of desirable fabrics. Most of the fabrics were cotton or some cotton blend that did not stretch. I make costumes so I look for extravagant stretchy fabrics and they didn't have one bolt of that here. So I will definitely not be back here for their fabric selection. I was impressed with their decorative items and will come here first if I'm in the market for things like that. I had no problem with checkout. Several registers were open and assisting customers. I will check them out again for things to go around the house. But I think I will stick to Joann's for my crafting needs. read more

The store is very clean and everything is put up in the appropriate places. I feel the store layout is a bit confusing as it took me a bit to get my bearings to find what I needed. When I did I felt that the prices were a bit high. Granted I could have them right now but if I could have waited a week I could have had them for much cheaper. all in all a good store if you are willing to pay the price read more

I have read hundreds of reviews about how terrible this store is, how rude the employees are, and how ridiculous the set up is. So firstly every time I walk into the store there is always a line at the register BUT as soon as one forms an announcer calls 2 or 3 people to their registers and the line instantly dissolves. What I typically buy is in the art section; painting supplies, colored pastels, canvas, etc. I have come into the paint isle multiple times to see an employee helping a customer. Personally I have only asked 2 questions. The first was about a specific paint brand they did not sell and the next about a specific out of stock item. The lady was courteous answered my questions and told me she would look into the paint brand I wanted. I have never had any issues here with the fabric cutting ladies or finding what I need. The 40% off cell phone coupon they ALWAYS have is AMAZING but if you have issues with this store know that Michaels will take HLs coupons no problem too. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they sell some weird and crappy stuff. But hey here's an awesome solution, don't buy the crappy stuff. read more
